Had little issue with an online pick up order. Called the store and spoke with Megan. She was very friendly and very helpful. She took care of the situation and made sure my order was ready promptly. When I arrived for pick up, I was greeted and helped fairly quickly. Suzi was also friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience this morning. Assistant manager Megan was so incredibly rude to me that I called and made a complaint to customer service which is something I never do.Nobody would help me with an online order I already paid for and when I finally got to the register which took forever, they tried to say I had not been charged for my order yet when I was sitting there showing them my receipt.Employees standing around talking while a long line forms.I’m 46 years old and have shopped at bath and body works for over 26 years and I will NEVER go in this store again.Megan was so rude I don’t know how she has a position working with people.

Coupons are useless at the Bath and Body works here in Cool Springs. Unused coupon, and the employee said you already used it and tore up my coupon. Pulled out another coupon, said this one doesn't work either and said I can't help you, oh well. Pretty terrible customer service!

It's Bath and Body Works, need I say more!!! This location is one of my favorite go-to BBW's, they are always fully stocked, helpful and friendly. This location always opens super early on Candle Day. The Count down is own.
