Jeremy, and Reece, at Franklin Auto Clinic are the best and most caring mechanics and shop owners around. They fix them and fixed right. Carlos and Greg on the front desk keep you informed on what's going on and will get you scheduled as quickly as possible. I recommend these guys to anybody! They've been my go-to guys for several years now! They're honest, and you can trust what they tell you! Go see for your automotive needs!

Greg Hubbard is fantastic to work with. He makes the process of car service and repair an enjoyable one. In fact, my husband & I have been so impressed by Auto Clinic of Franklin. Our extended family hears us rave about how great they are.... & they've all switched to using them as well!
****Update: my car had a recall from Honda, and Darryl Waltrip sent a list of things they projected my car needed home with me when I picked it up. The issue they said they fixed with the recall WASNT RESOLVED, and I ended up taking it to Auto Clinic today and showing them the sheet. They literally laughed out loud at the prices and amount of things DW wanted to do to my car. They called it the "wallet drain"?
I completely trust Auto Clinic to let me know what I need and when - and they charge a fair price. I know they're not out to just do a "wallet drain".

Finding a mechanic I trust isn't easy, but I trust Auto Clinic!My daughter needed work done on her car. The staff here were professional and the word price was reasonable so we chose to use Auto Clinic. They did a great job, fixed the issue and got it done quickly. But more than that, by the end, they acknowledged that their quote was for a different feature package and actually cost less than they quoted. They could have pocketed the extra and we wouldn't have known. But they proved they are trustworthy. I highly recommend Auto Clinic!

Cannot say enough good things about Auto Clinic of Franklin! The staff are kind, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it repaired the same day. They even let us know that the initial quote included a part for a car with ABS (which our daughter's car doesn't have) so the final cost was $125 less than expected. They obviously didn't have to share that info and could have taken it as profit but they chose to let us know and save her money. What a blessing!

I'm a little ashamed for not posting about Reece and his team sooner. These guys are amazing. I've been coming to Reece for years and he's a long time family friend. Everyone that works here is intelligent, considerate, patient, honest and efficient.
