Fiber internet service outage in Nashville/Brentwood area since March 25th ... 3 days now! Prior to that full day outage on Mar 8th and then frequent drops daily ... Extremely unreliable AT&T fiber service in Nashville area, patronizing generic communication in numerous chats, non-existent customer service!

My AT&T doesn't work, it goes on and off all day. A person at AT&T could tell from running a test that it was a problem with the line outside my home so they scheduled a person to come to my house. They were scheduled to come between 12 - 4pm today. They never showed up. I called ATT and they said they have been running late but could be there between 5 - 6:30pm. They never showed up. The technician called at 7:15 and asked if I still wanted him to come...I said yes. He said he would be here in 15 minutes. At 8:03 I received a text message from AT&T saying that the technician would not be able to make it. I'm cancelling internet, cable, cell and selling stock. AT&T's stock has been on a slow decline for 5 years...now I know why.

DO NOT use AT&T as your internet provider if you live in Middle Tennessee. I live in the 12 South area and wondered by none of my neighbors used AT&T...now I know. My internet goes on and off all day, every day. I spent about an hour on the phone trying to get them to send a technician out and they refused to until I spoke to a manager. The time window was from 12pm - 4pm today. It is 5:35pm right now. After calling to see where they were the call center rep said we didn't have an appointment even though I received multiple text messages saying I had an appointment. She called the technician that was supposed to come and said they should come later tonight....All my neighbors swear by Comcast. So save your time, money and energy and call comcast. I'm about to.

Absolutely the worst. If poor internet speed and abysmal customer service are your cup of tea, then by all means choose AT&T.

It is impossible to care less about your customers then AT&T does. Their customer service lines main objective is to get you off the phone regardless if you’ve been helped or not.
