The staff is so unfriendly. I have been 3 or 4 times in the past couple of months and all my experience they have been unfriendly.

This store is very nice! My experience was not. I have gone into the store twice only to feel stared at, followed, side-eyed. I wanted to buy additional items, but I left so uncomfortable!!

This is a tough review to give and it’s a long one. I recently went to Athleta for the very first time and had a wonderful experience. I believe a nice woman named Tera helped me and my friend- they were busy but the team there helped us and were so very friendly. I was sold on their location and Athleta as a brand.Fast forward to a few weeks later… I realized that some of the tops I purchased did not fit me. I went in for a return and to buy a couple more items I had been looking at. To my fault, one of the tops had the wrong tag with it. I mixed them up at the house and on top of that, the design tag had been removed unbeknownst to me. I couldn’t return the top and I was okay with that… as I said, my mistake. I should have paid more attention.What really grinded my gears was how the sales associate and manager treated me and my friend afterward- which was with suspicion and a lackluster attitude toward our presence. While I was in the dressing room, my friend witnessed them whispering at the checkout, and staring at her repeatedly while she waited for me. Also the way I was spoken to while checking out was less that amiable. She even handed back my “accidental tag” and said… “ya know, in case you want to return that too”.In the end, I left feeling deflated and frustrated. No matter their reason, my perception is that they did not want me there and didn’t care if I spent money at this location- and also that I was trying to get one over on them with my returns. I am sure that happens but being in that line of work, you have to operate with a level of grace to which these two did not have, in my experience.They are not the only location in Nashville and I am hesitant to go back if they are there. I hope, if anything, they are given some feedback about my experience and have a growth moment.

The store left the security tag on my items and they didn’t beep when leaving. I have since left town and they can’t do anything.

The times online are incorrect. I’ve been to two locations and each time they were closed.

Very helpful, kind and understanding when I have visited. I’ve had to do a few returns since I’m sensory sensitive, and I haven’t had any issues.
