I stopped by just to see what they had in store & ended up leaving with a new addition to my collection. Chris greeted me immediately upon walking in & let me check out a couple of firearms & Joe was far more than helpful with my purchase. Hands down the BEST place in Franklin to purchase firearms from. They made me feel welcomed & i will be returning for future purchases. Thank you Chris & Joe you’ve jus gained new customer????

I would never go anywhere else in Franklin besides Arms and Ammo. I got my first hand gun here and they were extremely helpful, informative, affordable, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great Experience, Quality, and Communication!I bought my dream firearm through Arms & Ammo, and I could not be happier with the overall process, communication, and quality of the purchase. The entire staff that helped me throughout the process was kind, professional, and communicated quickly both through text and email. They upheld honesty and integrity with the details and quality of the firearm, as well as the purchasing process.Mr. Darnell (the owner) and Derek also demonstrated exemplary customer service. Mr. Darnell was kind enough to grant me special conditions for my purchase due to my circumstances, which was greatly appreciated, and helped to build my confidence in this shop for this purchase.From the time that I submitted payment, the gun was processed and shipped within 1 business day, and they provided all of the necessary shipping and tracking information.As for the gun itself, Mr. Darnell and Derek were kind enough to send me pictures and videos, prior to purchasing, which helped greatly to check for any damage or mishandling upon receipt from the FFL. The quality of the gun was exactly as described in the listing and as seen through the images and videos. The gun was listed as "never fired", and upon inspection of the barrel and slide, I was able to confirm that this was accurate.All in all, I highly recommend this shop! I will keep them at the top of my list for future firearm purchases.

Its rare in this day and age to find a gun shop and owner like Chris and his team. I have bought six or seven guns from them and I LOVE the CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE, HONESTY and INTEGRITY I get every time with Arms and Ammo. I will not shop anywhere else. If you are in the market I would highly recommend you give them your business!
