I have closed several loans with Armando from Ameris. He’s been my lender for 8 years. He’s always trustworthy and truthful. He and his team are amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and provide great communication!

Although I was approved for a large loan at a very low interest rate, I found Armando and his team unorganized and uninformed. Armando lacks tact, is rude and a bit loose with the truth. I was fortunate to be able to turndown the loan. First try lender with better social skills, organization and detail.

Nice guy to work with, but had multiple issues going through the process and created unnecessary hassle for me. Someone from his team didn't provide all the information regarding closing and I had to face the consequences. You can work with him, but be careful with paperwork and the numbers they provide you.

Hands down one of my favorite lenders to refer clients over to. Armando and his team are the best to work with. Excellent Communication, great at overcoming obstacles. They have also do personal loans for me also. He is always upfront and honest not someone who is going to drag you along the process and not get it done in the end. You won't regret calling him.
