Everyone in this store is always so welcoming and willing to figure out problems that I am having with my products very easily. I just went for Black Friday to pick up two products and Erin, Matt, and Elizabeth were all so welcoming and friendly! They made timely processes in my mind only take minutes! Great store!

Waited for hours to learn that this retailer don't have a time to backup a phone. Overall refused to sell a phone. Nowadays expensive phones need a richer buyers!

2 times I’ve walked in the store and they would not help me… idk if I was black and looked like a scammer or I didn’t have an appointment. Either way what was so hard about helping me reset my Apple Watch so I can pair it to my new iphone 15. Both times I was told to call

Dakota (at the Genius Bar) handled my small tech issues with ease, was very personable and professional. While I waited, I had several employees approach me and be sure I had been helped, among whom was Rick. Rick is also awesome--someodd 74 years old and very savvy on the devices! Thank y'all for being the best part of Apple Store!

I have bad experience with Apple Store manager, I was having an issue with my phone. My plan still cover . But I have met this rude manager he was disrespectful to me . He was unprofessional dealing with my issues. He was the manager and his name is Drew. I recommend No one go to this store because of this idiot.

On November 10, 2022, I got the Apple+ theft and lost Apple Care warranty. I lost my phone in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, on August 12, 2023. I called Apple customer service on August 13, 2023, and they filed a claim for me and told me that I would get an email with instructions for getting a replacement phone in 24 hours. On the second day, when I called Apple, they advised me to speak with AIG Insurance. When I contacted AIG, they informed me that there was no claim in the database and referred me to Apple once more. Apple kept making me go back and forth between the two businesses despite the fact that they claimed to have done everything necessary and that everything was fine on their end. I have been without a solution for nine days. I made numerous calls to Apple, who processed four claims for me and certified that they had been successfully created. However, the AIG company tells me there aren't any claims in their system yet when I contact to ask them to provide me a replacement phone. I mostly rely on my phone for work, and as a result, I have been unable to work for the past nine days. Additionally, Appl's, and AIG customer serviceis terrible; they offer no assistance and instead claim not to have noticed my claim in the system. While on the phone with them, some customer support representatives will cut me off, while others will speak to me in a very uncivil manner. Even though this is not my problem, I went to the Apple Store, where the Apple technician confirmed everything is correct and the claims are in the system. Despite spending hours on the phone with AIG on my behalf, they were unable to resolve my issue. I've tried talking with them every day for four hours, but they still haven't come up with a solution. But on August 21, 2023, Joseph, a senior advisor for Apple Support claimed to have checked and discovered that I do not have coverage for my phone because the payment for AppleCare was rejected. I explained to him that my credit card had been used previously and that I had never received an email stating that it had been refused. He promised to see what he could do. Because of all the negative experiences I've had, a senior adviser named Navdeep told me on August 22, 2023, that she would make an exception and send me a phone. She also asked me to wait 24 hours before receiving shipment details. I waited, but I never got an email. I called Apple support today, August 24, 2023, and their response was that the exception they had made had been rejected, and they were unable to provide me with a replacement and would not grant me an exception. After making me wait on hold and transferring me to a few advisors, who made me talk for two hours once more today, their attitude was extremely rude, and Nancy, the advisor, refused to offer any assistance or find a solution. I'm quite dissatisfied and irritated that no one offered to assist me or provided a solution. They only squander my time by forcing me to talk for more than two hours each day. They instruct me to hold while passing me along to someone else who is less helpful. Additionally, they hung up the phone three or more times while I was on the line, and I went nine days without a phone. Because my job depended on my phone, I lost my job as a result. I need assistance from someone. Even the manager of the downtown Nashville Apple Store, Max, spoke with them for three hours and expressed his frustration at the lack of a solution.

Got me in as quick as they could. Dani fixed my issue quick and was very friendly and helpful. She had a great attitude even though the store was very busy.

Everything was well organized and efficient for tax free weekend. I was able to use the restroom and come back without fear of losing my spot in line either. Of course the line was long, but they did a good job handling it. I came at 9:45 when the Apple Store opened at 10 and there was already a long line. It took about an hour and a half of my time start to finish. If you want to get it first you would probably have to camp out starting at 9:30 or even earlier. Despite the wait taking a long time it wasn’t a terrible wait. You were able to try some of the tech while you were waiting and they went through it pretty quickly. They divided the store into two lines, online pick up and in person shopping. The people who had scheduled time with a personal specialist got to wait in the pickup line as well, but that wasn’t many people. It’s good to know though.

Waited 45 min Friday to buy a laptop while watching groups of Apple employees laughing and chatting with each other. A woman who was selling a laptop to a different customer said "sorry, I've sent several massages to help you." Today, I went to buy a charger. Someone greeted me. When I told him what I needed, he gestured to the back wall, said "it's back there, you want the magnetic one" I couldn't find it. Waited 10 min then left. Customer service it HORRIBLE. ALL he had to do was walk 15 feet and say "this is what you want" 60 seconds tops. Unhelpful, unprofessional.

I recently purchased three Mac Book Air laptops and covers for three college bound students.I want to commend three employees at this location; Ryan, Juan and Floyd. As I entered the store, I was greeted with a pleasant smile and greeting. They were attentive and knowledgeable and ensured that I received prompt and courteous service. All of my questions were answered and I was encouraged to set up a business account in that we have purchased laptops at this location previously for college students we mentor. They are truly an asset to your Team!Thank you for this great shopping experience.

Would give them 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I can't the customer service here is very bad and rude the people the workers here are very nasty if your not white of color they will not greet you if your brown color they ignore you and make it seem like you have no money and look down on you just because of your color and race nasty attitude I think we experience racism today other people were treated better then us They wouldnt even say hello or how u doing this place is by far the worst apple store I have been too if I was the boss here in this location I would fire half of the staff here

I have been going to apple stores for years and staff is always super courteous and helpful. I was shocked with my experience today. Rude staff (never I have ever encountered at apple store) and just really weird vibe. Most of workers feel like they don't want to be there or not happy to be there. Good thing we have another option in green hills malls, where I always had great experience.

I bought a brand new Apple computer for my wife. The computer has been completely unable to access the internet the entire time we've owned it. I've sent it to Apple repair multiple times they were replace Parts on it and it still will not work. It's been sitting inside unused in a dry Room for 2 years not able to access the internet. Now the battery says that it got wet. this never happened. Now the computer will not work unless it's plugged in. We will never buy an Apple computer again. It's just a giant paperweight. This computer and Company are trash.

Poor serviceMy 16 yo made an appt to have his battery replaced bc it no longer could hold a charge after 2 yrs (sub par product at an elite price). They took his phone and repaired it then would not return it to him bc he was not 18yo. They didn’t ask him if he was 18 before they took it. He had to use their phone to call me to come pick up the phone for him. I asked if we could handle this over the phone and I could hear the employee (in a snarky tone) say SORRY MOM you need to come up here. When I arrived and asked why they didn’t ID him before they took the phone the answer was they didn’t want to discriminate. I replied that didn’t make any sense bc essentially they stole the property of a 16 yo without communicating that he needed to be 18. The employee then lied and said they did ask him….. She did NOT ask him. Why not simply ID before hand if you have to ID anyway after you’ve taken someone’s property. POORLY DONE!
