““Beware” Overall this is a good place to live. We’ve been here for a little more than a year. Maintenance is good but with new management and renewal pf the lease things change. They are started to charge more for amenities which to me is absurd. Every place than I lived on includes the amenities charge on the rent. Also they charge extremely high for sewer ($30)
The apartments are branded as a luxury but to be honest is not quite there.
I feel inclined to write this because I’ve talk to management about the increase and the just told me in other words it is what is is. I know rent is high anywhere and especially for the area but to charge almost $300 for utilities “not including electric” is just not ok.
So just beware before you look into the unit. It is a nice place overall but just be prepared to pay extra for no reason.”
“The management team is amazing. They will go above and beyond. They have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I am moving my mom from Georgia and there are a lot of moving parts and they have been excellent.”

“I just moved into Greenhaven apartments in Franklin, Tennessee from Warsaw, Indiana. Personally, I really liked the apartment here it is spacious has a big walk-in closet in both my bedrooms, and very beautiful granite work in the kitchen and restrooms in the slab area. I do like the storage in my washrooms.
You can walk far away from this society to its old society named Shadow Haven which is a little old from these apartments. You have schools, stores, offices, restaurants including Indian restaurants and Indian stores from here like Patel brothers, etc. Hopefully, my review will help you.”

She used my name when addressing me and told me about what she was going to do and necessary follow-up steps. Good communication seems like a simple thing - but Jamie goes above and beyond in communicating with residents and supporting us. Thanks, Jamie!!!”
