Went in to purchase a purse, while paying for the purse the clerk had the audacity to say “let’s see if it sounds happy” (referring to my card). I wanted to tell her my card is always happy. Her statement was unprofessional and felt racist.

False advertisement on their website. They do NOT accept secure Paypal or After Pay transactions. They will cancel them and try to force you to input your credit card info into their website.

Love Anthro, but not the fact that they allow dogs. If I am buying a $300 dress or a $200 skirt, I prefer it not come covered with dog snot and dog spit. Absolutely disgusting! Not to mention those with severe allergic reactions to dog dander. This is a terrible business practice. Dogs do not belong in clothing stores!!!! We will not return.

Worst service ever. Will never shop here again. Accused my husband of having a wife Who returned things there often- which is not the case whatsoever. Customer service gets a big fat zero from me and will be letting all my friends know what a rude, condescending environment this store is.

I love this store and I'm a man. My mom loves Anthropologie and I never mind joining her. The designs remind me of Farm Rio and I like the overall style. The building is nice too and the employees are always so kind.
