On our first visit, Joy (my 8.5-year boxer) and I met with Dr. Hubbard and Dawn and I do not believe it is possible to have better care anywhere else. Dr. Hubbard and Dawn were very professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and caring. We received the very best consultation and did not feel rushed at all. Just what we needed. Joy and I love both Dr. Hubbard and Dawn and I am confident Joy will get the very best care. This place is so welcoming and nothing about it say Vet Hospital. Love it!!! We live in Adams, TN and I believe it is worth the 1 hour and 20minute drive to get the best for my Joy.

truly excellent. we have been to several vets in the Nashville area, and Animalia is THE best - paws down. First of all, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL. I felt like I was walking into a retreat. Even more importantly, Emily and Dr. Cruz made our two dogs feel so comfortable and loved. They spent more time with me/my dogs than any other vet has, and answered any questions patiently and thoroughly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure they were calm and happy during the visit. One of my dogs has a lot of vet anxiety, but Dr. Cruz's kind words, calm manner, and loving pets had her kissing his face within minutes. We are so grateful to have found Animalia and are looking forward to coming back!

The expertise, sincere
empathy and kindness of the staff - both office staff, clinicians and veterinarians - gives us confidence that our pets are expertly cared for and loved. Our dog loves going to Animalia, and she bounds down the walkway and into the front door to greet everyone who, in turn, shower her with affection.

Literally the best vet anywhere period. Everyone is so friendly and caring of the animals. My dog actually likes to go to the vet. 10000 out of 10 wouldn't recommend anyone else ever.

Caring, knowledgeable staff. Great for general veterinary care as well as OFA examinations. I've always received great customer service and my questions were answered. No waiting time... quickly taken into an examination room (that is CLEAN and smells great). The doctors were very kind to my dogs and put them at ease, which is wonderful for the young ones getting their first rounds of vaccinations.

My wife and I are very happy with care of our kitty 12 1/2 year old Sophie . Dr Hall and the staff were great in plan of care and very supportive of us in answering all our questions. Got in same day no waiting. Office is beautiful and managed very. Thank you.

The BEST vet we have been to
Clean, comfy office superb front desk staff and Michaela and Dr Hall were amazing with our dog , Lucy
She wasn't scared at all ( she typically has been terrified at other vet office )
Highly recommend and so happy we found this wonderful place!

My experience with Dr. Hubbard has been beyond exceptional. In May, I went from having two healthy chihuahuas to both being diagnosed at the ER with life threatening illnesses. I chose Animalia after reading the reviews and Dr. Hubbard specifically because of her background in rehabilitation. I was instantly impressed by her character and warmth as soon as she walked in the room. Besides medications, she also suggested some holistic practices I could try. She took the time to compare his previous x-rays with me and determined that he was not as bad as the ER had initially suggested. She is also the first vet that ever mention or test my poor blind dog for dry eye which he ended up having - I’ve had him seven years. She also welcomed all my questions with patience, understanding, and concern with honest, clear answers. She has never made me feel over reactive or rushed out. I greatly appreciate her gentleness with my blind special needs dog and her sense of humor with my old grouchy one. Last week, she even asked ME how I was doing through all of this. (Not well is the answer to that, but having her in my corner has made all the difference.) ❤️?
It’s not just the big things like the fact that it’s an old house and doesn’t feel or smell like a doctors office which I didn’t realize until I noticed that both my dogs were calm and not terrified and shaking like usual. But it’s also the little things that make a difference like a pad on the metal table so their feet don’t slip, the candle in the lobby that is lit when someone is saying goodbye to their loved one, and how caring and welcoming every single person there is. I cannot recommend or thank Dr. Hubbard and Animalia enough for what they have done for us these last two months.

My large breed dog has extreme anxiety when it comes to strangers, but it’s especially hard for her in vet clinics. JJ and Dr Fitzsimmons worked with us to make Nash as comfortable and relaxed as possible. They went above and beyond in multiple ways, and we’ve now had two positive experiences with them. We commute two hours to get here, but it’s worth every minute because Nash feels confident and is able to relax, which makes it a much smoother visit for everyone!

We are raving fans of Animalia in every way. All staff are great, all doctors are great and take all the time needed to answer our questions, we feel the care is thorough yet conservative, and we are always able to achieve scheduling that works. Most importantly, we feel our pups are loved. We couldn't recommend Animalia more!

We love this office so much. Everyone is so kind when we visit or call in. Dr. Hall is an amazing vet and she treats our dog like her own. She was so patient with us finding solutions for her anxiety and is constantly checking on us and offering great suggestions. So good!
