Franklin location most of bad lenses store ever ,no manager over there assistant manager not good and not professional , very bad customer service They broken my expensive frame over $400 prada frame and they offer $50 refund if I buy the new frameif anyone have expenses frame never go over there. They are not professional and not nice at all, The assistant manager, she is not professional. She make me very mad. She not even say sorry

America's Best is the place to go get your eyes checked and get your glasses ordered. Staff and doctor treat everyone nicely and quickly. Also you can call or make appointments online easily.America's Best is the place to go to get your vision checked and your glasses ordered. The staff and doctor treat everyone very well and quickly. You can also call or make appointments online easily. But the disadvantage is that they do not speak Spanish, please bring someone to translate for you.

Very unhelpful people there. They are too busy chit chatting with each other to be of any help to anyone. You have to go up to them if you need anything. I'm on my third pair of glasses and still not happy. The first two 2/$79 pair were adult sizes, took them both in for re-adjustments and they are still too big. They were clearly pairs that would be too hard to adjust to my face, but none of the "professionals" there said anything and let me buy two pairs they knew would not work. When I took the second pair in for re-adjustment I wanted to look at kids sizes, hoping they would work better, I wanted to get the adult size adjusted enough to get me through until the third pair came in. I told the guy that, but when I went to purchase the kids pairs, he thought I was exchanging them. Why would I get them adjusted if I was exchanging them?? Also, I asked if the kids pairs were also 2/$79, they said yes as long as both pairs were $79 each. But conveniently when I brought the 2 kids sizes up, "oh, no. These aren't part of the 2/$79 deal". So I just bought one, not spending anymore money than I have already wasted at that place. I will not be going back to this worthless store.

I don’t like being the guy that only writes about the bad experience when he’s had so many good experiences at a business. This is the case today. ABC has been a pleasure to utilize for the past five years or so. The service and value has been strong. Today’s experience challenged the status of quo. I called the appointment line this morning and the person said it was wide open until 410p. My daughter needed an exam so she could get new contacts and I was going out of town the following day for a week, so today was vital. We made an appt for 330p. We arrived at the appt at 318p. The doctor didn’t see her until 418p. I had to be at a previously scheduled appointment 2 miles away at 430. I left my 17 year old daughter there at 415p. I received a call from the doctor explaining I had to be there for her to be seen at 420p. I explained my 430p appt situation then asked if she could be worked in later because I would be back shortly after 5. She said sorry we’re full you need to reschedule. I said 330p appt is a 330p not a 415p appointment. Why would I think it would be any different next time. I am a loyal Costco customer except for glasses and contacts. ABC got me switch 5 plus years ago. I’m seriously considering going back to the independent Costco optometrist. Hopefully a 330p appointment will be closer to the actual time or they will be willing to work my daughter in later if they find themselves so far behind. I will have to sleep on this one.

Called to see if my glasses where ready to be picked up and got put on hold and never even took my name and I was in hold for well over 20 mins and still no answer I guess I will just be going and and waiting and picking them up on Tuesday very poor customer service so I hope that when I get there on Tuesday that they will be ready and the prescription is right in them

I've worn glasses for over a decade and Tiffany Wooten has been the best optometrist I have ever had. She is beyond kind, patient, does not make you feel as though you're a bother for wanting to flip back to a previous option / number (you all know what I mean) and her technician, Rayyan, is just as kind. I highly recommend visiting them in Franklin!

Everyone in the store was super nice, the manager fit my glasses in just a few min..I did not have to wait long for my glasses to arrive. It was so smooth and easy from start to finish, I appreciate all the staff for their patience and kindnessI would definitely recommend everyone to get their glasses at American Best!!!

Brandon is the absolute best! My two special needs boys break their glasses all the time. Brandon has worked with me to ensure we get not only the best pairs, but is there for us to help when they get broken! He is such a gentleman, and it's so great to have someone so friendly to work with. We've LOVED using this store. Thanks!!

I picked up my two pair of progressive trifocals today...came home and could not see my computer screen. This was the second time these were sent back to be corrected. I called and was told that I needed to continue wearing my "drugstore glasses" for my computer work. Really? Thanks a lot, America's Best.

I got my glasses a couple months ago & they are fantastic! I had a pair of frames I love and they were able to put new lenses into my favorite frames. Can’t go wrong here.

I’d heard good things from people so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The service was quick and all the employees were great. I will be back for sure!
