First visit ever to any America’s Best. The phone number is a call center type of thing so don’t get turned off.
I originally scheduled at a Nashville location and in less than 24hours I was able to switch it to this one in Franklin when my schedule changed.
From the moment I walked in, it was like visiting family. I didn’t even think twice handing my cell phone unlocked to the lady at the desk when she asked, bc I just felt so welcome.
The lady who helped with tests and pictures and pre testing before doc, oh she was just as lovely. Everyone was hi how are you doing? And when asked back they replied I’m very well thank you for asking.
The doctor was clear, SUPER easy to talk to. Probably the calmest and clearest appointment I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. Even when she had to give me ‘cautious news’ she spent time answering every single question. I didn’t get anxious out excited bc she calmly explained and was so patient and knowledgeable.
THEN, when I was finished, I think her name was Jocelyn. She was helping me with glasses. I have to go back bc they didn’t have my contact brand in. Well, Jocelyn reviewed my insurance and knew more than I did about it and communicated my options SUPER clearly. She did extra steps to make sure I got the best from my insurance. So I do have to return, but I don’t care. I feel like I should take cookies or a casserole for dinner when I return it was amazing.
Easiest, friendliest, smoothest process ever.
Please note: yes you fill out forms before but it’s a separate system. They may ask you repetitive questions you’ve already answered, that’s a system issue, they are just doing their job at the location. Please be patient with them.

This is a REAL eye exam place, not a mall quickie or something performed by technicians. Take it seriously as a full-blown expert exam.
Frames pricing is a bit confusing but the price (which I found unpredictable until the end) was well UNDER what one can expect from boutique stores. GO HERE!

Jocelyn and Kris are so kind and the managers there are the best. Dr Wooten is very kind and takes her time with the exam and getting to the root of the issues.

Don't go here if you want quick and/or pleasant service.
Contact order lost, rude customer service on the telephone, doctor was rushed, waited an hour for my exam. Don't go here.

Franklin location most of bad lenses store ever ,no manager over there assistant manager not good and not professional , very bad customer service They broken my expensive frame over $400 prada frame and they offer $50 refund if I buy the new frameif anyone have expenses frame never go over there. They are not professional and not nice at all, The assistant manager, she is not professional. She make me very mad. She not even say sorry

America's Best is the place to go get your eyes checked and get your glasses ordered. Staff and doctor treat everyone nicely and quickly. Also you can call or make appointments online easily.America's Best is the place to go to get your vision checked and your glasses ordered. The staff and doctor treat everyone very well and quickly. You can also call or make appointments online easily. But the disadvantage is that they do not speak Spanish, please bring someone to translate for you.

U came to get glasses and eye exam and they wouldn't see me no one was even there it was empty lady at front was rude.
