I went in to try and find some stuff for Christmas, first off nobody asked me if I needed help and I don’t wanna hear that they were busy because they had enough time to hang around in a circle and gossip. I went to go check out and was really confused about where I needed to line up so I stood behind someone who was probably confused as well about where to stand, there was a rope thing to the side but it had a, “exit here” or something type of sign so I figured it was placed there for something else. Anyways, I person in front of me went to the cashier as she called them over, so I was next in line. This other woman walked up but was by the rope, I get it maybe she was right to stand there but like I said I was confused. When it was supposed to be my turn, the next wills her to learn to available cashier said, “you aren’t in line so I’m taking her”. Why did they take the people in front of me then? How is that fair, it wasn’t a long wait I get that for me to simply walk over to where the woman was by the rope, but I feel like if the people in front of me got checked out why did I have to be ignored or pushed to the side when it isn’t busy? Really rude, honestly felt like the manager probably was in the back not helping the team because to let your crew just act however and not be able to see that kinda thing happen is stupid. Won’t be back, kinda lame since I used to love this location but something today just pushed me. The girl who checked me out was nice, she wasn’t the one who told me to get in line, Mashallah hopefully the girl finds peace and learns to share that with the world instead of holding to herself.

I have issues with finding the right pair of jeans. Here at American Eagle it’s really easy for me to find the perfect, form fitting jeans.

Great experience here. The cashier was so kind and courteous when I was doing a return for my daughter. So many places seem to miss the mark, but this girl was super. I don't remember her name but she was cashier KS2267. Kudos!

The entire staff are so helpful & friendly! When I got ready to pay, I forgot my wallet at home. Autumn made me a temp card and took care of me! She was amazing! What could've been an embarrassing moment turned into an outstanding example of customer service! Thanks American Eagle and Autumn !

Terrible customer service. Not shopping at this location anymore for that reason specifically. Get it together guys, a lot of your business comes from your attitude. Blonde young girl that works here was rude and was annoyed to check me out and threw my clothes in the bag and rushed me through the process. Nobody acknowledged me the whole time I was in there. I worked at American eagle for 6 months and all we cared about was giving good customer service because we know that’s how we get good business and you guys have lost that from me. Learn from it please.

Amber was pretty decent. I like this store's selection of shirts, jeans, belts, and snacks.

Although store is located is a mostly closed down mall...they were very nice and helpful, and when I didnt find what I needed they helped me order it. I hope someone takes over this mall in Lebanon and breathes life into it.

I only wanted to return a shirt, the employee asked me from the purchase receipt and the credit card that I used to buy it (which is normal), in addition to my home address, email and phone number. When I complained that she only needs the purchase receipt and the credit card, she replied very rudely that these are the company's return policies. On the back of the purchase receipt it says none of this, and she insisted sarcastically, that if I wanted to return the shirt I should provide that information. My personal information is not respected by this company.
