Horrendous experience. Received a call from Karen on 7/6/23 that an address was needed to ship the dress. I immediately contacted the Cool Springs Galleria store and was told that my dress was sent to another store. I asked how that was possible and put on hold. I was then transferred to someone else and was put on a long hold and then was told my dress was possibly upstairs. I immediately sent a family member to the store that had the receipt and was with me when the dress was purchased from Crystal D. Even though I told Crystal D. multiple times the dress was to come to the store and not be shipped. She entered that my dress was to be shipped. Luckily, the dress was upstairs and was checked to make sure that it was the correct one by the family member before they left the store. I immediately called the alterations department and cancelled my appointment. No way in the world I am stepping foot back in that store with all the incompetent sales associates. I love a deal, however, stay far away from this store. The deals simply aren't worth the horrendous customer service.

Horrible experience. Wow, just wow. Felt like I and everyone else there was on a bad acid trip. If you want hands on help, this is not the place for you. Or, if you want any colors other than wine or candy apple red......keep it movin girly. Let's just say the sales associate was a 0/10 on the helpful meter.

I had the best experience at this location and truly think I was gifted an Angel with Donna in assisting me. I've never been a Pinterest wedding dreamer nor really much of an elaborate dress person. I knew I wanted tea length and affordable since it's an expense that'll be worn once. I'm practical and frugal. Donna was AMAZING. She took me, my mom and sister under her wing and took great care. She was thoughtful and mindful of what I wanted and was comfortable with as well as where to add some uptick in my look that was natural and not forced. So so glad I took the advice of a colleague when she suggested we try here. I lucked out with an off the rack piece that needs minimal alterations and was out the door with my dress for our wedding in less than 5 months.

I had lost a lot of weight and wasn't sure what dress size I was now. So I made an appointment with them. The staff was so nice and helpful. They had some party dresses on sale which they showed me in my new size. I picked out a beautiful dress for under $60.00 and it fit me perfectly. Thanks for all your help.

Most women are so excited to wedding dress shop - But I was more into picking out wedding decor and ring shopping. My coordinator told me I needed to go ahead and dress shop so I booked an appointment with David's Bridal. I liked their dress selection online plus their prices. After booking my appointment I was prompted to save some of my favorite dresses to my profile. Which I thought was awesome. My mom, two bridesmaids, and a close friend attended my appointment this past Friday as soon as they opened. Our wedding dress guide was Ellise and she was absolutely spectacular. She pulled out dresses I had favorited, and also a few "out of the box" styles just to make sure I got to try on multiple styles in case I ended up liking something once it was on. While I am very body positive, I also sometimes get caught up in sizing, and she assured me not to worry about the sizing and that it wasn't important which eased my mind. We had such a fun couple of hours, and the store manager was also lovely and helpful. I ended up finding my dress in the same day and I'm so happy they had such awesome options! While I went and not being super excited, I left feeling very excited and happy with the experience. I have used David bridal for two of my prom dresses as well as a bridesmaid dress, and if you are wedding dress shopping I can highly recommend them. Make sure you ask for Ellise because she is helpful, kind, and professional!!!

Great selection of special occasion dresses. Seamstress is top notch. She's talented, professional and fun. I could not give five stars because in July or August, as we were at the front counter, we saw and heard a manager treat the seamstress with disrespect. She was rude, unprofessional and demeaning. Making this even more appalling is that she did this in front of customers. The seamstress deserves so much better.

I had 3 appointments set for the day with David's being the first one. I really did not expect to find my dress here, but Ellise picked all the right dresses and I ended up going with the first one she picked and the first one I tried on! I then was uneasy about some of the accessories I chose, so I called the store and they scheduled me an appointment with no hesitation to get re-accessorized. Also, I failed to mention to my stylist I wanted a pure white dress rather than ivory. I again called the store to see if they could switch the color and they did within 5 minutes. Bri & Ellise are both amazing to work with and made my experience as a first time wedding dress shopper SO easy and so magical. Thank you both for all your help!

Don't shop here. Showed up at open and the workers hadn't even arrived yet. I work in retail so I'm fully aware that employees have to be there earlier to get the store set up and ready for the day. Sadly, most of the employees were rude and you could pick up that they were frustrated. If you don't come across like you have money then they'll skip right by you. Please don't waste your time.

They took me in for a walk-in! I was buying my bridesmaid gown on a whim and they took me in for a walk in, same day same time. I guess I got lucky cause they are not busy, but their service is organized and great. The stylist kept checking with me, even if she's in an appointment with a bride... also everyone in the shop is so friendly and nice. Even if they just happen to pass by, they are more than happy to help and give an opinion. The only thing that they didn't meet in my expectation is the lack of sizes in the dresses my bride picked.. there are some dresses that they have on every size and there are some that they only have in 1 size. It was really hard to order when you don't know what size to get since the dresses fit differently on different sizes. So I'd recommend to call ahead with your dress number and the sizes you want to try, just to be sure But other than that I enjoyed my visit here. I still got the dress I wanted! And they made it easy breezy for me.

I had an appointment today looking for a bridesmaid dress. We were paired with Donna and I am SO THANKFUL. From the very beginning she was had a plan to get my measurements, look up dresses in my size that would be available in time for the wedding, and let me select the ones I wanted to try on via an iPad. It was so refreshing to have SEVERAL plus size options available. Once I had quite a few selected she pulled the dresses and got me into a dressing room. She so much fun, knowledgeable, and a blessing to what could be an overwhelming event. I was able to find a dress I loved. Thanks, Ms. Donna! Also, thank you to the cashier Katie who was so sweet while I was checking out. I loved the customer service and I loved the kindness and patience of the staff!

First time shopping for a black tie wedding. Donna was so helpful. I wasn't thrilled with the first selections we made, so she continued to bring dresses until I found what I wanted. I'm a plus-size and was so pleased at all the choices that were available.

Worst experience ever had a bridal shop a few years ago my seamstress was rude and had the nerve to call me chunky!!! Will never give David's Bridal my business it's a shame because it ruined what was supposed to be a happy time.

I am so impressed with my first experience at any bridal store! I came here today to look for a wedding dress with my sister and mom. We were almost an hour early for our appointment, yet they accommodated us right away. My bridal consultant was Judy and oh my goodness, she is FANTASTIC. We picked out three dresses at a time to try out and she helped fit, style, and add accessories to my dress for over 2 hours. She was always patient, kind, and incredibly funny throughout our appointment. I felt comfortable to tell her what I did or did not like about each dress and she made me feel beautiful and even more excited to get married! Dresses were definitely affordable. I found tons of dresses I loved for about $500 and ended up loving styles I never even considered before. We will definitely be back to pick up my wedding dress with Judy at least in the next few months as the wedding gets closer. Thank you, Judy, for an amazing first experience with trying on wedding dresses! We all adore you.

Just left an appointment trying on bridal gowns. I took my mom sister and two young nieces and was concerned about the size and age of my entourage but the staff at this location treated each person like they were not only welcomed but an important part of the process. The customer service and attention were stellar. I choose this location because if the positive reviews. I'm engaged! I wanted a great experience. The team didn't disappoint. Sales manager, Melissa, greeted me as I arrived with such a happy delightful smile and genuine personality. She then introduced me to Ellise who would be my consultant. Melissa also informed me I was Elsie's first bride! That info was very helpful and helped managed my expectations. She also informed me she'd be there to help every step of the way. They were both honest and helpful, which I valued. They are also very stylish women which made feel I was in good hands. They tended to me and engaged my family making sure everyone received attention. I also appreciated that they gave me a great balance between privacy in my fitting room while being available outside the door when I needed help. Blhdn staff stayed in my room the entire time which was unexpected and undesirable. Enough about the service. The dresses surprised me too. I was sure I'd found "the one" at BLHDN last week so I wanted to just look at David's to see if there was anything I'd love. I'll be honest, I didn't have high expectations. But I found several dresses that gave blhdn competition - stylish yet much more affordable. Now I'm left deciding which gown to get which is a great problem to have.
