Had to find a spot in a bind, was not only the most affordable in the area it happened to be best location. Rick knows how to communicate with his customers proactively. As a veteran this is very much appreciated. Its good old fashioned AMERICAN customer service. Would not recommend going anywhere but alpha storage for anyone shopping the area.

Alpha Storage is a great location with reasonable rates. Rick was so easy to work with and responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage in the Franklin area. Loved using someone local!

Rick is wonderful to work with! Alpha Mini-Storage was a great place to store our RV for several years. I highly recommend this storage facility. It’s safe and secure! This is the best storage facility in Franklin hands down. I’ll never rent anywhere else. Nothing but praise from us. We had ZERO issues for 3 years. Clean and kept up well.

Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t! Needed a basic storage unit at a GREAT price and got it! In addition- super helpful and easy to deal with. 24 hour access and drive right up to the unit - no schlepping through hallways! Highly recommend!
