Ever since this new manager doug took over, this store has gone very down hill. I come here everyday on my break to get someting to eat and drink and they almost never have anything im searching for in stock, they are constantly out of hot food and and sandwhiches, the gatorade and water coolers are almost always close to empty and there are so many people that ive seen working here but i never see more than one on staff at a time, unless doug is working and even then i never see him helping his employees. There have been multiple occasions where there was a long line at the register and one employee at the register and doug was walking around the store and wouldnt help. I normally love shopping here, but since he became a manager this store has drastically gone downhill

Today is the first day I skipped getting my monster energy drink. I have been in all week to get the 2 free taquitos with monster purchase. There are never any on the rollers. There's never anything On the rollers. Don't offer something you aren't going to do.

A clear description font of the product and you buy 2 for 10$ he refuse to honor it and want charge me full price. Like why would you have approve tag on it and want charge people a different price !! Such a ripoff he wanted to charge me double the price.

Everything is always out of order inside, their soda machine was broken for every drink except diet mountain dew at one point. The hours are not properly listed on their site OR delivery apps and haven't been for some time now, this place is not 24 hours. Earlier this week, their employee wasn't preparing my uber eats delivery order for pickup so when I arrived, they were instead outside and talking to their friends, and then had the nerve to act like I'm being a huge inconvenience? You are wasting my time and money, I am on the clock and doing your business a favor as a delivery driver. This place absolutely sucks, take the 60 seconds out of your day to drive across the street to the twice daily that is much much better. Not sure why this 711 is ran like some gas station in the hood, you are in Williamson county. Get your act together.

It's just sad in here. Every coffee, slurpee, and soda machine was out of order at lunchtime on a weekday. Prices are higher than every other station which is saying a lot for Franklin. Even the food looked tired. Second star for the staff being nice, but I can't imagine a higher-up doing a visit and not shutting it down after 5 minutes inside.

The drink I wanted wasn't located on the cooler shelf. The lady that was working that morning went out of her way to go into the back of the cooler to find the specific drink I was searching for! That was good customer service ?!

Typical gas station convenience storeTobacco products..snacks..gas..coffee beer etc. Bathrooms were cleanCounter help was cheerful and helpfulEasy in and out to main toad(cool springs blvd) and access to a good strip mallAir for your car tires here, and a vacuum. It used to be an Exxon hereGas is expensive here so if you are on nearby highway go south 3 more exitifmyou are going north drive into Nashville to save per gallon

Always get your receipt no matter how tired you are! Went in for toothpaste. It was pass 10pm so we had to stop there because nothing else was open. Found 0.88 ounces of travel Colgate toothpaste with the tiny toothbrush attached that everywhere else you get for about a buck. At this seven eleven, it was supposed to be four bucks and change and that's what the clerk said it would be. I was tired from the long 5+ hr drive and just wanted to go back to sleep so I skipped the receipt. Next thing I know I am charged more than $7. Even though I was still in the parking lot I couldn't do anything because I didn't ask for the receipt which I always do and I will be a pain to everyone from now on who doesn't give me the receipt. It could have been a more expensive lesson I suppose and from the other reviews, this is endemic at this particular store.
