Really disappointed to learn that after waiting for an hour and others at my place of work received their food while mine magically disappeared after the office said the delivery driver forgot mine, said they would return, never came back, and then argued with me on the phone saying it was delivered when there were at least 3 minimum people in the office who witnessed this. So now, on my lunch break, no lunch, they said they found my food and will be right over with it after its been sitting there for who knows how long. I will never order from here again while the driver enjoys their tip and my food.

normally every Jimmy Johns I go to has amazing service, but this location, for whatever reason does not. Today was the third time I have gone to get lunch and it was the same story. I go into the store and place an order, nothing crazy just your normal combo meal, and I waited almost 20 mins, the kicker to this is 6 people that came after me ordered and got their meals before I got mine, when I asked the kid making the sandwiches if mine has been made yet he rolls his eyes and says "no I havent got to it yet". Sandwich was still good but it was not "freaky Fast" more like "Freaky Slow". I will be going to the other Fort Campbell location from now on.

Quick, tasty, and done to order. Store was clean. There is a charge for water cups FYI. Friendly staff.

i'd say this place is great but just about every single time i come here i order a sandwich or wrap and ask for jimmy peppers, or the sandwich already comes with them, and they neeever put them. idk what beef they have against jimmy peppers but im ready to boycott the place. other than that the sandwiches are good

Zero if I could , first post I ever had to construct . I was just so compelled with the terrible service, lack of order and performance I had to jot down the negative experience. literally waited 25 plus minutes in line ,to only approach the window services and be told my order wasn’t taken ??? Left. How In Davy Jones locker, when it requires me to communicate my Order in order to move forward in a long line. How does this occur. Lousy.

3rd time ordering from this location since it opened. Sandwiches are made fine. However, twice we have tried ordering sandwiches with the added charge of avocados.. clearly written on our receipt. Twice we get all the way home and no avacados. Just frustrating paying for something and not receiving the product. Didn't go during a rush. Shouldn't keep missing details of orders.

Excellent service and great food. I have done in store pick-up, delivery, curb side pick up and dine in at this location. I have been satisfied every time.
