Worried I would have to buy everything again, they allowed me to run 6 minutes down the road to get it. Bonita at customer service was so sweet and patient with my stupidity, I was so thankful! Much more kind here then any other Wal-Mart I have been to!”

“There were zero gaming chairs on the floor but the app said that there were some in stock. Team Lead Patrick looked on his device and seen they had some but it was in the back on a pallet. He told me he can get one for me but just give him some time because it’s on a high shelf. I appreciated his help versus him saying they didn’t have any and didn’t bother to look in the back. I got my chair!”
