1) Called to sched. an appoint. for glasses. 2) Took over an hour to get a chance to talk to someone and schedule an appointment;I was down to 2nd in line (*FROM 30!),**AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME**3) quickly called back:**I WAS BACK TO #30!**4) Suggestions:a) give the option for the line to give you a call back when you are like #2 or #5 (even if you still have to wait, it’s better than nothing!)b) have them just call you when your cue is #1c) there’s prob’s other options I haven’t thought of yet.**Still:I appreciate The U.S. Military no matter what**

Not even wanting to put a star, been trying to call you guys and every time I’m on hold for two hours or more. Then you guys hang up. Service is seriously ridiculous, is it too much to ask to set up an appointment?

Web site time of opening is 0600, but when you get to the door it's really 0730. Also the Pharmacy has the wrong time Let's try to fix that

The service is EXTREMELY slow! I waited over an hour and a half just for them to fill a prescription. Not to mention waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time to even go back for my appointment. If you have to come here for services of any type, expect to spend all day waiting.

Plan to wait for them to decide on whether or not they will have your prescription or have to goto another pharmacy on post.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a dental cleaning and yearly exam. Staff was extremely professional and the facility was clean. Highly recommend. Thank you for fantastic experience!
