I just wanted to say that in my years of service to USPS, I have never spoken to a customer in the way Derek Moore described and what he said in his review is an absolute lie. When a person’s mailbox is knocked down or unserviceable for some reason, your mail is held at the Post Office and street delivery is resumed once the mailbox is replaced or repaired. You may pick your mail up at the Post Office until the mailbox is serviceable. Derek Moore came to the Post Office, asked for his mail and I gave it to him with no hassle or delay whatsoever. I do not know him personally and have no idea why he would lie about my customer service. I have regular customers that come from neighboring towns because of the good service and attention to detail I provide them.

One of the rudest postal workers i’ve ever encountered!! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! Our mailbox was knocked down by someone in their car… Have been trying to get our mail from post office since monday and every time we go, he gets even more disrespectful and rude saying “we need to wait, he has more important things to handle” Totally unacceptable behavior.

What a delight, rather than having to stand in line at a larger facility. Service in the P.O. is professional, if a bit stiff. Needs to acknowledge people standing at the window if he is otherwise occupied. My carrier is careful and a delight when I have to work with her. Overall...I feel lucky.

Their carriers never deliver packages to my house. They don't even bother coming to the door, they just leave a slip in the mailbox after theyve already delivered the mail, and I get a lot of time sensitive packages. It's complete bull, but the supervisor won't do anything about it.
