Amazing service. Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The person who greeted me not only fixed my sons new phone which we were transferring service to but he also attempted to fix his old phone which wasn't charging. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. I didn't get his name but he had dark hair and a beard.Oh and by the way, the store is collecting TOYS FOR TOTS..new toys can be placed in box inside the store

It's horrible..megan m messed up my bogo deal and hasn't fixed anything said if I wait I'll get next month's phone bill credited and want have to pay it for their mistake..she just said that so she ain't have to do anything..been 3 weeks almost still nothing..oh and their manager Ashley S..is a horrible manager..wouldn't recommend verizon at all..you go there and get a phone and the following month your bill gonna be 300..I thinks it's funny how you gotta give a star just to post

I would give zero stars if I could. We went to the Verizon store at 4 o’clock to trade my phone over to my husbands account and upgrade the phone. We were told to call a number and it would take 24 hours to switch over, then we would have to come back to upgrade. We left, called the number, and my number was switched over immediately. We came back to the store, as we both work full time jobs and have an infant so it’s hard to make it to the store during the week. We told Jeremiah that it was swapped over and we wanted to upgrade. At this time it’s 4:30. He grabbed the phone and told us that there was a “problem” so we would have to do an order online and just choose pickup. My husband gave him the phone so he could type it in for us. He told us that it wouldn’t allow him to do it that way either. He said we would just have to order it online and have it shipped to our home address. As we got back to the vehicle, he still had it pulled up on my husbands phone and all that was left to do was “confirm order” and type in our card number. We did this, and waited at the store for him to have our order ready. When my husband went back in to pick up the phone, he seemed annoyed that we did this. It was very apparent that he did not want to be bothered with upgrading a device today and run the chance of not getting off work at 5; however, had he been helpful the first 2 times we were in there today it would not have been an issue. We also witnessed him turn away another customer at 4 o’clock telling him that he would have to come back tomorrow. People have to work, so sometimes weekends are all that work for us and we can’t “just come back tomorrow”. We have only ever been Verizon users with no issues or complaints before, but we will not be back to this store. I very rarely write bad reviews or complaints, as my husband is a business owner so I know the difficulties, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Edited to add, 2 hours and $220 later, we are still leaving the store empty handed because Jeremiah “couldn’t wait any longer” on the email saying we could pick up the phone. We will be moving our personal and business accounts elsewhere.

I showed up at 430 they dont close till 5 because my husbands phone quit working just completely froze and the door was locked. I saw there was someone in there so I knocked on the door and she came to the door and said she couldn't help me that she had a customer she was with and she wasn't allowed to stay after 5 and I said well you need to call your boss or give me the number to call them because this is unacceptable and she flat out told me she aint doing anything to help me with my attitude and shut the door in my face. I called verizon and now I'm headed to the store in Huntsville. 40 minutes out of my way...All because she couldn't be bothered to help a customer out!! I am very disapointed in the service today

She was the best service person I've had at a Verizon store she was knowledgeable and very helpful you need more like her if the company had more like her you probably have a whole lot more customers

My dad had just passed away and I needed a lot of help getting my mom on my account and Aprille patiently worked with us for awhile and never once lost patience. I use to dread going into that store but a great experience!

Store gets a zero. We bought a buy one get one phone at this location and we were treated terribly. We took the first phone home that day and the second phone was promised to us in a few days. We received an email the phone had arrived so we called the store and some how our phone "disappeared" (aka was sold but they refused to admit this). The manager who refused to tell us her name was rude and April the associate was unhelpful. My husband went in multiple times to inquire about our missing phone, which he was told each time they would call him. He never received a call. Ever. We went in yesterday (a month and a half after our phone was sold) and spoke with Jeremiah. Now here is the stores redeeming quality. Jeremiah helped us, called us, and fixed our bill removing all the incorrect charges none of the others could do. His customer service was amazing. He turned a frustrating situation around. If I could give Jeremiah 10 stars I would. Before Jeremiah we had the worst experience at this store. The manager who's name we do not know should be reprimanded and go through customer service training at the very minimum. I would not recommend this store unless you work with Jeremiah directly.

Jeremiah was so helpful! He did everything he could to make sure we got the best deal. Other Verizon stores turned us away and would not pick up the phone, Jeremiah at Russell Cellular was attentive and answered all our questions. Don’t waste your time at a corporate store or trying to do anything online, just visit this Verizon store in Fayetteville.
