“Pros: fit me right in to fix a tire that was out of balance and took care of me quickly.
Cons: tech scoffed at me when I asked him to torque the lug nuts with a proper torque wrench to 115 ft/lbs. If you use them please ask them to actually torque the lugs to the spec that your vehicle calls for, an impact is not accurate enough.”

“Hands down the best car buying experience I've had! Becca was incredible. She was upfront, honest, and respected my wishes to prayerfully consider my next car purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Best sales person I have ever encountered. She was authentic and very responsive (even on her off days!).
