We took one male cat last week & just picked up the second. (My choice to make 2 appts ) I was very pleased with them. They were all very nice & helpful. No problems with them at all, and would recommend them.

Would not even fix my 20 pound pomeranian/ corgi dog " cause he won't come out of the crate" after refusing my husky also cause he was talking. No growling. No showing teeth. No biting whatsoever. Still refused them both and had to make 2 seperate trips 2 hrs apart. Sad how lazy they are now. Also charged me for things I didn't sign for with my female dog. This used to be a great place years ago but not anymore. 0 stars.

The lady who works there is rude. Too opinionated for someone who works with low income people.

Listen, it's very simple here: YOU ARE NOT A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER IF YOU DONT GET YOUR PETS SPAYED OR NEUTERED! Unless under special circumstances like you have a small pet that doesn't go outside. But animals reproduce quite quickly, and repeatedly. Their liters born can be numerous, and it's just a matter of numbers to know that not all of those animals born will be taken care of. Then they become ferrel or wild. They are no longer pet friendly usually, especially cats. Exceptions always exist, but most become problem animals. We live in a small city, and no one wants 22 of your cats making their way under our homes. THE COST OF GETTING THEM SPAYED/NEUTERED IS EXTREMELY LOW COST.
