Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Rude and hostile to a customer I see there all the time. That customer must spend hundreds of dollars there a month. The manager that transfered there from the other location a few months ago is a horrible person. She's either mean an rude to customers, or she ignores them completely. A lot of the new people that have started over the last few months have been very nice and friendly, but none of them seem to stay very long. From the way I've heard that manager talk to and about the new employees I'm willing to bet that she's a large part of the reason so many end up quitting so soon. I normally end up at this Shell at least every other day because it the closest gas station to my house, but that terrible manager has caused me to pretty much decide that from now on I'm just going to go out of my way and drive to Murphy's or MapCo instead.
