“Very grateful a rush was put on for my prescription to get filled in time for my procedure. Thank you to Cameron, the manager. He was very responsive and helpful! Everyone working behind the counter are friendly and courteous.”

Let me give you an idea how friendly. Twice I have had employee's pay what I lacked out of their own pockets! Two days ago I went to purchase some dog food and was $3.00 short. A customer stood behind me and the lady at the register was saying how I cared for my neighbors dogs. I said I would have to get the smaller bag but one of the employee's used his own card and mine to see if we could get a discount and then the customer behind me said he would pay it. He said it was his good deed for the day. Another time I was a dollar short and the lady working then gave me a dollar and she said it was her good deed for the day. They are such good people there at Walgreens on Huntsville Highway.”
“Not only did the pharmacist try to fill my husbands prescription at closing, he was so very kind. Highly recommend this pharmacy over others I have had experiences with over my years. Not a paid advertisement, just a patient from Alabama that was grasping at straws to get a prescription filled!! Y'all are wonderful. ❤️”

“Great customer service! I'm always waiting at Walgreens 2-4 hours for medicine to fill which wouldn't be a big deal if I lived in town but we don't, and always say I'm switching pharmacies but today I finally did after being went off on. After waiting almost 4 hours at Walgreens, they told me it would take longer so I told them to send it over to Carters. Walgreens told me it would take them even longer to do that but I didn't care at that point. I immediately went over to Carters to give them insurance cards and all, and the lady was super nice. She had our information with insurance and medicine ready and on my way home within 10 minutes! I'm so glad I finally made the switch, just wish I would've done it a long time ago.”
