“Great customer service! I'm always waiting at Walgreens 2-4 hours for medicine to fill which wouldn't be a big deal if I lived in town but we don't, and always say I'm switching pharmacies but today I finally did after being went off on. After waiting almost 4 hours at Walgreens, they told me it would take longer so I told them to send it over to Carters. Walgreens told me it would take them even longer to do that but I didn't care at that point. I immediately went over to Carters to give them insurance cards and all, and the lady was super nice. She had our information with insurance and medicine ready and on my way home within 10 minutes! I'm so glad I finally made the switch, just wish I would've done it a long time ago.”
