Please do not use the dealership. They misled us on lending and financing terms causing us to finance nearly double what we wanted to spent and communicated to dealer. If you are a woman, do not go alone! They pressure you once you’ve already said no and that’s how we were tricked into signing. Very dirty and unethically practices. It may not be illegal but it is definitely not ethical. The dealer even went on about how his wife was a minister and how god always knew peoples intentions. When he called to talk about it, we were told we should have read the contract more carefully. Which is true, that is our mistake of trusting these people at their word.

I stopped by for an oil change and to have my fog lights checked. Customer service was nice and the work was efficient I was in and out. Drove home back to Huntsville. The next morning, on Saturday I was driving to the local track meet there was a loud scraping noise. I took it immediately to Landers in Huntsville and they stated that it looked like my cover guard had been cut. I contacted the Dodge dealership service manager in Fayetteville several times and spoke with a Manager at least twice who said they would call me back but never did. I just wanted them to have an opportunity to look at and replace it or reimburse me for it. I wouldn't recommend their service department. No attempts were made to even address the situation. Not good business.

Sales person told me last night that he would send me a purchase agreement only to tell me this morning that the truck had been sent out for upgrades. An hour later another sales person sent me an email and then called me to ask me about getting the truck. I told him the other salesperson told me that the truck had been sent out for an upgrade. He said that he just saw the truck. He said he would check on it and call me back. He never did call me back and pulled the email he sent me back. They are just a bunch of liars. Stay away!!
