so first off let me say I understand Covid is happening, but this evening I went to shop for some jeans here with my 2 children, one 6 and one 3. My 3 year old is potty training and getting to a potty fast enough is tough sometimes... yes theres a diaper in the car but when we are in a store and when she says she has to go (she has to go her bladder can not wait) I need to be heading to a bathroom not the car for a diaper! I asked could she use the restroom due to potty training?? One employee pointed in the direction of the bathroom while another said no we dont have a public bathroom... This is what our world has come to... just let her pee her pants oh well, not like their the ones that have to clean her up right? so we ran out and they just missed out on around 500$ bucks. I understand policy but what about human decency??

Yesterday was my first day shopping in this store. I am a plus size lady and I always have issues finding clothes that fit me right but this store had a pretty good selection of plus size clothing to choose from and several different styles as well. The staff was warm and friendly and definitely helped make me feel like I mattered as a customer instead of feeling awkward for being a big girl trying to find a cute outfit. I will definitely be a returning customer!
