Great customer service! I'm always waiting at Walgreens 2-4 hours for medicine to fill which wouldn't be a big deal if I lived in town but we don't, and always say I'm switching pharmacies but today I finally did after being went off on. After waiting almost 4 hours at Walgreens, they told me it would take longer so I told them to send it over to Carters. Walgreens told me it would take them even longer to do that but I didn't care at that point. I immediately went over to Carters to give them insurance cards and all, and the lady was super nice. She had our information with insurance and medicine ready and on my way home within 10 minutes! I'm so glad I finally made the switch, just wish I would've done it a long time ago.

My primary care I had previously waited till I barley had enough time to make it their and they said if I would be there 5 min after they would stay and they sure did! I appreciated it so much. I wish my medication wasn’t 64$ for half of what I take a month on adhd medication but I was more then thankful for the help filling my medication and waiting all day to receive my prescription and wait. Thanks to the experience’

Small Town pharmacy with good personal service. They also carry a small amount of health and beauty items as well as pens notebooks supplements and vitamins too. Very fast service ?

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and kind. The other day Amy truly went above and beyond with me. She gave me such wise counsel and saved me from my own bad decisions. I greatly appreciate her, and I am so blessed.

Friendly and helpful until you have an issue to discuss. Then, they become rude and disrespectful. I have been treated like an ignorant, annoying nuisance more than once. I am very disappointed in their lack of patience, understanding and compassion.
