“Rob saved the day. My car broke down almost 2 hours from home and he was able to refer me to a tow truck service, complete the repair, and had me back on the road in under 3 hours. He’s a consummate professional and was transparent with me about the issues and the costs associated with the repair. His pricing was more than fair, my car’s repair didn’t warrant any expensive parts to get back on the road, even so Rob still didn’t mark up the price as some sort of “minimum charge” like some mechanics would have. Honest businessman who does it the right way.

“Started out across the street at Express Oil Change that don't know how to test the battery. They said both batteries on this work truck of mine was good. Which was incorrect. Came across the road to this location at Fayetteville automotive and they replacing both batteries because they're bad and incorrect for the truck that Express Oil Change in a different area put on the truck incorrectly”

We called the dealership wanting to test drive a few cars and he said he’d have them waiting for us when we got there.As we test drove the cars, Fred was able to give us great information about each car. My husband and I weren’t planning on buying that day, but Fred was so great and got us the best deal possible. After 4 hours, he did it. He sold us the 2025 GMC Acadia and we left ecstatic!
