“Great job, Stovall! My tractor/trailer brakes locked up while I was driving on a 2-lane county rd with no shoulder. Locked up, couldn’t move! Collin, with Stoval, answered the call, showed up in a timely manner. It was immediately clear he was very knowledgeable; examined the tractor, slid under the drive tandems, correctly determined the problem, explained it to me in layman’s terms, and did what was necessary to temporarily release the locked brakes so I could move off the main road into a nearby parking lot for proper repairs in a safe place! He was courteous, professional and expeditious throughout! Excellent!”
