What a bunch of jerks. While my wife and I waited for our Covid booster, a 96 year-old woman walked up to the counter to ask for a booster. The tech acted like this was an unreasonable request and told the woman she had to make an appointment on the Walgreens website. The woman stated she didn’t have a way to do that. With no further effort on her part, the tech simply shrugged it off. Before we could do so, one of the others waiting offered to help the woman get an appointment for the next day. There was no reason the tech couldn’t have assisted the elderly lady make the appointment. The tech wasn’t covered with work. The pharmacist heard the whole exchange. Jerks! We won’t be back to this Walgreens.

I was discriminated against and was 100% judged by Devin I think her name was the African American woman with black hair working at the time September 13, 2024 so i am currently getting my hair done so I was looking at the moisturizers to buy and I open the lid of the one I buy and to smell and see the texture of it because I like the lotion textures not the chunky texture ones and she yells across the store saying those are not samples making everyone start looking embarrassing me in front of the whole store making people turn the corner just to see what’s going on and I’m getting my hair done at the moment also so I have my hood on and after she says those are not samples she said “I’m watching you and take your hood off theif” I said I’m just looking at the texture and smelling all I did was take the lid off to look at the texture and smell it I didn’t pull any plastic off or try to put any on or anything so the whole time I’m there I’m having customers turn corners to watch me and I felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against I hope this Walgreens don’t let things like this go i still bought the product and I love shopping at this Walgreens but this employee is a problem and was being extra over the top please reply back if the situation is handled.

Never enough help, so slow…peanuts were 2 for 5 dollars but charge me 4.13 a piece, nobody could figure out how to fix so I just paid full price and left and too make it worse one of the peanut cans was half empty…..

Horrible service, particularly the disrespectful attendant (dirty brown beard with rainbow spiked hair) claiming he was the manager. I needed a prescription refilled called in by my doctor. I identified myself and noted the prescription that was picking up. He would not dispense the prescription claiming the doctor did not provided all the information and he had a bunch of Marias in the system. How retarded and closed minded. How many Marias would come to pick a specific medication and identified the prescribing physician…..That moron should not be in a position dealing with customers. ?

The culture at this pharmacy is not customer friendly. Not quite rude, just seem to be bothered with customers and patients. I was given the run- around for booster shots. Very annoyed

I have covid and the botched my prescriptions. left 2 out that I need to start. I asked if they could walk it out to my car if I pulled up out front. was told I had to go thru drivethru. drivethru was at least 45 min when I was there earlier. I have no energy and shouldn't even be back out driving but they don't gaf
