Time to find a new Walgreens! Fortunately there are plenty of others nearby to chose from... or maybe another Pharmacy altogether? Customer service at this Campbell Station Road location has been unhelpful one too many times, and our family easily spends north of $1000/month here. I've been coming here regularly for the last 5+ years... but I think I'm finally done with the declining customer service and ready to take my business elsewhere, and I hope this post encourages anyone who reads it to do the same. Use a different pharmacy, or at least a different branch.

I typically buy 2-3 months worth of supplements here at a time to take advantage of Walgreens' Buy-One-Get-One deals. I bought 2 bottles of Walgreens' magnesium supplements. It took me about 6 weeks to finish off the 1st bottle. So, 6 weeks later, I opened my 2nd bottle for the first time, and found that the seal on the bottle was not attached. The bottle says "DO NOT USE IF INNER SEAL IS BROKEN OR MISSING", so I took it back to the store to exchange for a safe bottle. The cashier refused to refund or exchange since my receipt was 6 weeks old. She wouldn't do a "no receipt" return for exchange/store credit either. So, Walgreens sold me a damaged and potentially contaminated and unsafe product that says "do not use", and the cashier pretty much told me to kick rocks. I left the store and spoke to Walgreens customer service on the phone, and they told me that this NOT their policy, they stand by the safety of their supplements. They advised me to try speaking with the manager of the store first, and if they didn't do the exchange either, call back and they would make it right. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who thankfully was much friendlier than the cashier, and she approved the exchange with no issues. Overall, I am glad that Walgreens ended up making it right, and I will continue purchasing my supplements at Walgreens. However, having to come to the store twice and speak to customer service on the phone just to do a simple defective product exchange was a headache, so I will be shopping at a different location from now on due to the poor customer service of the cashiers at this location.

Pharmacy wasn't helpful but my phone and front cashier was. I will not be using them for meds.i need a helpful friendly Pharmacy.

I just walked into the friendliest store I have been in for the past 5 years. The entire staff could not be more helpful, super friendly greeting everybody in the store and created a vibe that you just don't see any more in retail. Thanks for reminding us all what incredible service looks like and how to treat other human beings..

Worst Walgreens ever!! The pharmacy is!! They lie!! Atit pharmacy guy!! Needs to retire! Very arrogant and sarcastic!!!! And there’s a manager there lady that rolled her eyes to me instead of helping the girl I was asking questions too! I wanted to get my Gabapentin a day early they would not let me it’s not a narcotic. And when I pick up my 2 scripts they come in at the same time they fill them with two different dates! My doctor counts my pills and they are literally putting false dates on when I picked up!!!! This has happened more than once!! I’m going to a different pharmacy not WALGREENS!!!

Wanted to give a shout out to Maria in the pharmacy! I went to pick up a prescription and she went out of her way to help me get a lower price without me asking. She was also very helpful in teaching me more about what I was picking up and you could tell she was giving more effort than what her job was asking. I could tell she genuinely CARED and wanted to be there. Thanks Maria!

We stop off at Walgreens very often. We don't normally shop at this location, but when we do we always find what we ran in here for and the staff has always been friendly. The best way to get in out of the parking lot is by the light. It is dangerous and sometimes impossible to pull directly onto Campbell Station.

First let me say I enjoy coming to Knoxville and usually I have robbie to check me out but I arrived late 06/10/20 20 minutes til closing and I only had to load my money that I took from the atm of another card but the cashier was RUDE. No greeting no small talk no hello no thank you for coming and then when I was ready to load my money I handed it to her she counted claimed it was wrong I said well I'll count it and instead of handing it back she counted it again slowly with an attitude. Then when she went to get my change she put it on the counter she did the same with my ID. Even after I handed it to her. I'm sure after the GM reads this they will claim it's due to Corona but if that was the case wear gloves! But who ever this young lady was needs to learn how to treat people. I'm sure she would have not done it to someone who looks like her or a family member so dont treat me that way!
