The pharmacy staff at this location consistently goes above and beyond. We have been coming to them for over 3 years. Of course there have been prescription issues due to our PBM, but the pharmacy team here have been our allies in working things out and getting our meds. Wouldn’t go anyplace else for prescriptions!

My mother had prescription for Valium called in from her family practice doc in Kingsport, Tn. Pharmacist called and grilled my 74 yr old mom about whether she was actually driving there to see a doctor and then informed my mom that she could just fill her prescription there. My mother lives with me. So now we have to get docs office to call it in elsewhere because that bitch of a pharmacist - Dr. Holly penned that she called doc office and script would be filled in Kingsport - which didn't happen. So the pharmacist wrote a lie and we can't transfer this script to another Walgreens. Meanwhile my mom is crying about the nonstop buzzing, it's a weekend, and I can't get anything fixed today after many doc appointments and a legitimate prescription. There's a place in hell for you lady and I hope you become afflicted with this, but first I'll be finding out how I can report you for age discrimination to your licensing board.

This place is a joke. They received my prescription request at 8:50am I called at 11:15am wasn't ready. I was told I'd get a text which never came. Found out it was ready after I called again! It's a ready made prescription "a shot pen" No Counting, but still took 26 hrs to get.

This pharmacy at Walgreens in Farragut is AWFUL! Terrible hours, and even worse customer service. The pharmacist is extremely rude. I am changing pharmacies on Monday, April 3, 2022.

I'm in this store frequently for prescriptions and seasonal purchases. The staff is friendly - the pharmacy staff is happy to answer questions and help find products. Store is clean and well-organized. Very convenient to also have healthcare clinic. New partnership with Kroger has resulted in a totally new shopping experience. I stopped by after it opened and was pleasantly surprised by the transformation. This will be a much more convenient option for quick grocery store errands.

My go to store for everyday needs and snacks. This location is pretty nice it always has everything I'm looking for, plenty for parking and professional people. The only thing I would want them to change is keep it more organized because sometimes the isles are a mess and they need someone to constantly organize and put things where they belong.
