“I bought a used Chevy Colorado that had an issue show up a few days after buying it that my code reader said the thermostat might be stuck in the open position. Jesse checked it out and did some research that led to just clearing the code which took care of the issues it was having. I appreciate his honesty and it saved me what I assumed was going to be an expensive repair. I’ve been taking all of my vehicles there for oil changes and repairs for a few years now. Customer service like this can’t be beat.”

“This place is awesome for new tires with a warranty & they offer financing through their credit card company. I’ve been multiple times now for tires, breaks, and tires again because we drive a lot. The manager and workers are all nice. My only complaint is the online booking system. It lets 10-15 people book the same time slot. I scheduled my car to be seen right when they opened and then a line started out the door. 7 hours was the total wait time for me and my sons because our car just sat for 4 hours. Corporate needs to fix the scheduling issue so you all don’t lose customers over the long wait.”

“Wanted to post a review even tho I have not had any services done here. I stopped here on the way home from a Kia dealership that I was supposed to have front brake pads put on my Kia Stinger GT2. Dealership told me the front brakes were $900. I met the owner and told him what happened and he told me they only work on German/ European cars and I told him I didn't realize that and he went out of his way to check online for brakes and found that the OEM pads from South Korea were like $800 but then called someone and found them way cheaper. I had looked online also and found them for even less. The owner didn't know me from adam but tried to help me and told me if I couldn't find anyone else he would talk to one of his mechanics and see if they wanted to do them for me. I had done no business before here but heard good things. He could of just turned me away but he didn't! This says a lot to me and I hope this review helps others decide to use this garage. I really appreciated his patience and help!”
“Had a steer tire blow out on me but the inner well held the air in and I got It to a terminal. Breakdown Said he would have been here at 11:00 pm. He showed up at 9:30 and had it done by 10:00. Kudos to Mike for his fast and vigilant work.”
“I am tremendously impressed by the team at this location. They are extremely honest and thorough. There has been zero upselling. I actually followed up today, after an inspection yesterday, regarding my brakes, because I wasn't sure if they actually needed to be done now or if I could afford to wait. I was told that the I am good for at minimum, another 3,000 miles, probably 7,000 or more. I really appreciate the honesty. This is why I have become a loyal customer. The team in Massapequa, NY, and at the Bearden store in Knoxville, TN, have been just as honest and thorough. Excellent service!”
