Rudest Customer Service I think I've ever experienced. I thought that going into a local office to drop off equipment and cancel my service would've made things easier. Not so. Oki, the CSR I dealt with, was so condescending, and arrogant. It's not a wonder why thier ratings are so low. Take my advice and avoid the trip. Just call and let them send you a box to return your stuff in.

Very disappointed in my experience at this location. I went to return equipment in-store and was speaking with the employee under the name “Oki” I was spoken to very rudely in regard to this attempt of my exchange. He was extremely unprofessional & disrespectful in conversation and simply not knowledgeable within his profession. I would not recommend dealing with this Spectrum employee or better yet this location at all. My encounter made it extremely difficult to get the service I needed complete.

Spectrum mobile is a huge laughing stock. I have spent 2 days over 25 customer reps trying to get this porting over a phone number straightened out. Each time i call or talk to someone they tell me a different thing. Each time i do as they ask getting sim cards and such but that doesn't work so then i get transferred over and over. Around noon i started today yesterday i started at one got nowhere until 9pm then gave up and tried again today. Its 11pm and im still trying to get things straightened out. Now im going to cancel the number, pay off my phones and run far far away from spectrum mobile.

Everyone loves to complain about the cost of their cable bill and it IS expensive but after doing an extensive comparison I found it to be very reasonable. The folks in the store were knowledgeable and friendly. And now I get notifications about interruptions before I even hear from the electric company... Lol.

I added a line and got new tablets and phone. These guys were awesome! The women at the call center are fabulous! Tanisha(?) Was so phenomenal with "Miss Pat"! Great customer service all around. Thank you!!

Was just in the spectrum store In Farragut. Was helped by a Hispanic man. I was inquiring about trading my phone in because I need a new one. After Asking multiple times to see one of the phones he has in the back, I finally gave up and left. If it’s too much trouble to take a few steps to show someone a phone, then maybe I need to go to someplace that has better customer service. That would probably mean a new phone service. ?

Only get their wifi if you want to unplug& replug in your router or modem 1-4 times a week because your internet goes down. Never had such a bad experience.

I'm and 83 year old man I changed to Spectrum tv, phone, internet and mobile 2weeks ago. They installed everything and it all worked fine however the line to my house had to be buried. Yesterday morning a crew of 2 came and buried it and told me the wire was short and they had to splice it. They 83 year old me to reboot my system and everything would work. I told them I had no ideal what that meant and was told to unplug and plug my system back up. I went to do this and they left while I was in my house. Needless to say this didn't work and I've been on the phone ever since trying to get them back to fix it. I have spoke to 8 or 9 different people and have been told someone will call back. No calls and no service until they send someone out in 5 days if they don't change the date. Totally unacceptable to leave an 83 year old man with no TV or Phone for 5 plus days

The guy that I dealt with at the store was very rude and raised his voice. Thankfully I was able to call Spectrum and they helped me. I’ve been with Spectrum for over 5 years and thankfully that is not how everyone treats their customers.

I purchase 300 speed service. For the first year they were good after that, I’ve had daily outages. So that 300 goes to zero serval times per day. That is the worst internet service I have ever used! They intentionally mess with your service of course their main goal is that you spend 90 to 100 dollars for there service,

The Internet service is mediocre (it buffers quite a bit even though I have their Elite 500 mps Internet package) and the customer service is atrocious. I moved from Florida to Tennessee and Spectrum promised me the same bundle I had in Florida. I get to Tennessee and they tell me that's impossible when corporate before the move said it would be no problem. After 5-6 hours and numerous, and I mean, numerous phone calls things were put back in order. Then 3 months later I ordered a new phone from them and Fed-Ex doesn't deliver the phone and at the same time Spectrum cancelled my internet supposedly due to "FRAUD" because I didn't answer a phone call that they never made to me. PS. The pricing plan for the new phone mentions nothing about the discounted sales price of the phone. But yet you are required to sign the document stating you agree to the full price, fishy right? Once they re-hooked me back up they JACKED my Internet bill to normal non-bundle prices. As of right now I don't have a new phone and my Internet bill is now double. So much for trying to save some money on getting a phone on sale through Spectrum. Let's not forget that Spectrum delivered my new Internet router and modem to my old Florida address. Nothing but headaches with this company, complete CHAOS. Oh, and the local store in TN can't find my physical address in their computer system but yet there are dozens of customers in my apartment complex using them. I'm not even mentiong half of the stuff I had to go through with this company. Before switching to Spectrum I was with Verizon for over a decade and never had so many problems. Verizon was more expensive that was why I switched, but obviously you get what you pay for with Spectrum. Massive stress vs. paying more, I don't know if I can say it was worth switching.
