0 Stars! I Would highly recommend you DO NOT use a CVS Minute clinic! Specifically the one in Farragut TN. I went in to get a 2 shot Shingles vaccine. Gave them my insurance BCBS. I confirmed that my insurance would cover 100% of the cost. 100% was covered by my insurance company for that visit. I went in for my follow up shot and gave them the same insurance BCBS, the claim was denied and I was billed $179 because the NP that gave the 2nd shot was out of network. She put in my insurance information and never said a word that she was not in network NP. She was registered as "in network" with BCBS 2 days later. The charges were supposed to be reversed and 2 months and several hours wasted on the phone later... I have not seen my refund! Of the 4 representatives I waited hours to speak with, 3 were incompetent and told me incorrect information. I just hung up again after being on hold for another hour. I will never use a CVS clinic again!

If you’re unaware of the information needed to complete your visit be prepared to pay an additional $50 for the follow up.

Nurse Sarah Bertini at the minute clinic in Farragut is phenomenal. I will definitely be using this location for my family's needs in the future.

They do not have an outside line....you cannot call them....you have to leave a message and they call you...."If they had a phone all they would do is answer calls all day"....well, we sure would not want to bother them with medical needs!....In short....They SUCK

I haven't been there since 2016 but the couple times I've used this location I felt the NP was very thorough. The wait time wasn't terrible but I always anticipated at least an hour.

Worse experience EVER! Health care providers should care about people especially children. I attempted to have my 8 year daughter seen by Dr. At Farragut location. We arrive at 7:38, they close at 8:00. In my mind if you have a patient that makes it before 8, you see them! McDonald's will serve you burger at 1 minute till closing time! She was taking a patient back when i walk up and tells me "I can't even register on the kiosk!" She was closed and will not take another patient -Very rudely! Slams exam door in our faces! My daughter standing there with gunk running out of her eyes and crying--to which may turn out to be pink eye!!! I would give Dr. Name but she ran into exam room so fast I didn't get it so I could warn people. Had a heavy accent.

Horrible! I went to the clinic on middle brook pike and cedar bluff which I will Never go back! I went to the clinic when they First opened and I got in quick and they took my money but they didn't help me AT ALL. I write this review the day after my visit and I still have a fever, cold chills and ache all over. I told her that my daughter, wife, and mom were all treated for strep this past week and that I finally must have gotten it. She did a test and then said nope "you have what they call a virus" She said but to be sure we'll send it to the lab to double check. I said in the meantime please give me a prescription for an antibiotic and she said no, I then left not happy. The fake nurse then called me back today and laughed while she asked "how do you feel " I responded "terrible " and she said" I bet, it turns out that you do have strep ". I then told her that I hated her and to fill my prescription- she then promptly hung up . I suggest that if you are in the area go to Kroger or Walgreens where they will actually help you. Now I'm probably going to miss another day of work...I.not happy and still have a sore throat and fever.

I just sat for an hour and was told to come back later. I checked in before others who were seen before me. After they were done the practitioner said they were going to lunch and the system would txt me when I could come back. I will never be back.
