I have been going to this Fitness Together location for a little over a month now and could not recommend this company more. I have been trained now by all of the trainers here but have worked most closely with Kel. He is extremely knowledgable and breaks down the kinesiology of each exercise. His experience in the health space and martial arts/MMA makes me feel that I am in good hands...and not to mention the added perk of incorporating boxing into our sessions to make working out as fun as working out can be. He is motivational, supportive, and energetic each time we meet and offers nutritional tips and tricks to accompany your individual trainings. I can not recommend him or this location enough!!

I have been working out at Fitness Together for nearly 10 years. The trainers have all been excellent! I want to give a special shout out to Melissa L. She’s a new trainer at FT she teaches Pack group classes. I struggle with a neuromuscular disorder that affects my mobility. Melissa took it upon herself to research my condition and design a custom workout program just for me. After only for personal sessions with Melissa, my husband has seen quite an improvement in my ability to get up from sitting down, as well as walking without holding his arm. I am excited to continue working with Melissa and to continue improving.

This place is awesome! I cannot recommend sessions with Kel enough. Kel has been my trainer for the last 3 months and he makes sure my wife and I are comfortable and pushes us to be better inside and outside the gym!

Excellent knowledgeable trainers who are able to design customized workout programs for people of all ages and fitness levels. They make the time fly by…and focus on each person’s specific needs. Highly recommend those I’ve worked with so far—Mac, Austin and Kel!

My husband and I have been working with Kel and Sarah at Fitness Together for a few weeks now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. Their personalized training sessions have been challenging and fun! They go above and beyond by providing guidance on meal planning, sleep schedules, water intake, and exercises we can do outside of our sessions. The dedication and encouragement they bring to each session are truly motivating. We feel supported every step of the way, and it's evident that they genuinely care about our progress. Kel and Sarah have created a positive and empowering atmosphere that keeps us motivated and excited to push ourselves. We highly recommend Fitness Together!

Kel and the other trainers at Fitness Together are great. They've been able to work with me around a knee surgery and other health issues, keeping the intensity up while compensating for my injuries.

I had the pleasure of getting to train with each trainer at this location and can say they are each so friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. Working out has never been something I looked forward to. However, getting to work with these kind folks made me enjoy my work outs and see my body change in ways I never could have imagined! I have worked with both Kel and Sarah throughout my training period at fitness together and could not have been happier. After understanding what my goals are, the team gave me a very good workout plan, plus great nutrition information based to help me meet my goals. Kel has a great martial arts background/skills and the boxing sessions he offers are outstanding----make you work.I have to say that the price is high and would have liked more flexible packages but you see the value of what you pay for. Shoutout to this amazing team of coaches, you have done great for me and hope to catchup on my training here again.

I was pretty weak after a major surgery when I started working out at fitness together. My primary trainer Mic'kel Brooks has really gone the extra mile ensuring that I've met my goals, while working around my limitations. I've gotten stronger and have gained confidence in moving my body since working with Ken. I look forward to working out - which is something I never imagined for myself! Overall, the environment is great and all the trainers genuinely care about your wellbeing.

Excellent team. I like the accountability and testing results that show improvement or decline, though sometimes non-scientific changes are the most noticeable and are important indicators. I like that I can openly discuss food issues and generally get fast resolution when something doesn't work as expected when it comes to exercises. The trainers really get to know the quirks of their client over time and can even spot a potential muscular failure before it occurs or the client even notices and swoop in to keep weights from smacking them in the face. Adapting the movements to the client's ability is key and they can usually answer questions immediately or point the client in the right direction to get an answer. If you pull a muscle or sprain your ankle, they'll keep you moving by adapting to what you can and cannot do. Overall, they have been pretty patient and understanding of illness, work, and personal related schedule changes, though it's important to understand that consistency is key to getting results. I like having work to do outside the workout sessions. When stretching or extra things are needed beyond the session they are recommended and while it is the client's job to follow through, they'll still see if it's done or not based on movements and ability changes over time. It is an investment, but it is worth it. It doesn't have to be a forever investment either. If you are just starting the fitness journey it can be a great way to learn things and carry them with you and start your momentum. 5 stars, would recommend.
