We dined here at the advice from Sharon, our Hilton Garden Inn, receptionist, and we were not disappointed. The brfst.turkey wrap with lemon greens was so fresh and filling. The classic eggs Benny was delicious. As was our fresh turmeric ,ginger carrot juice and mint mocha coffee. We sat outside enjoying our lovely meal and beautiful weather. We wish they were in Minnesota!

The food is ok at best. The sprinklers better never come on. If they do almost every worker here will drowned. Is their thing there to make everyone feel like they are dirt and shouldn’t be on there? If so, they are killing it!

Unexpected Comeback on a Quiet WednesdayI'm as shocked as anyone to be typing out a four-star review for this First Watch location after our previous disappointing visits. But here we are, and credit must be given where it's due. Perhaps it was the slow pace of a Wednesday at 11:30 AM that played a role in the remarkable service and culinary excellence we experienced, but whatever the cause, I'm genuinely impressed. The tranquility of the restaurant at that hour seemed to aid both our server and the kitchen staff to perform at an unexpectedly high level. The service was swift and attentive, a stark contrast to our earlier experiences. There was no clatter of a crowded dining room, no frazzled waitstaff – just calm and efficient hospitality. The kitchen clearly took advantage of the lull. The attention to detail on each plate was something I hadn't anticipated seeing after our last visits. The flavors were spot-on, and it appeared as though the chefs were cooking with a renewed passion and precision, possibly encouraged by the absence of a rush. However, I must add a word of caution for potential patrons: this glowing review comes with the caveat that our excellent experience was during a notably quiet period. If you're considering visiting, you might want to aim for a time when the restaurant isn't bustling. There's a chance that the quality of service and food could slip if the staff is under the pressure of a full house. So, if you do decide to visit, perhaps try to replicate our circumstances for the best shot at a delightful meal. Otherwise, you might risk running into the issues that had previously let us down.

I had a severe allergic reaction due to the negligence of First Watch's kitchen staff today.I met a friend at First Watch this morning and ordered the chikichanga. I requested that the chorizo was left out, explaining that I am very allergic due to having alpha-gal syndrome, which makes me allergic to mammal meat. She understood, wrote it down, and told me that the kitchen staff would be made aware of this and even put more chicken in instead. The chikichanga came out and looked lovely, it even had a little wooden stick in it that said allergy on it. It looked delicious and I saw no reason to pull it apart and check it for chorizo since it clearly had the aforementioned little allergy stick coming out of the tortilla. After a few bites I realized that there was still chorizo in it. I stopped eating immediately, showed the waitress it was there, and left to go get allergy medication. I'm currently having a full on allergic reaction, covered in hives and itching due to the lack of care on the kitchen staff's part. Fortunately, I don't think I'll have to use my EpiPen today but my day is completely ruined due to kitchen staff leaving in sausage when I had asked for it's removal. This kind of mess up can kill someone, and in my case has completely ruined my day due to an allergic reaction. To their credit the waitress was extremely apologetic and I don't believe any of it was her fault as she seemed to have communicated the chorizo removal to the kitchen staff. She comped the meal I could not eat and my friend's meal, and offered to have something else made for me. I declined as I needed to go get allergy medication.Long story short, their kitchen staff did not follow a simple allergy request and has caused me to be very ill. I would be extremely cautious going there if you need any allergy accomodations.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen staff left my allergen in my food and caused me to have a severe allergic reaction.

Love at first watch!I recently had the pleasure of trying out First Watch Restaurant for breakfast, and it was absolutely fantastic. The traditional breakfast I ordered was delicious, with each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the attentive service we received from our server. She was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.I highly recommend First Watch Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items.
