“3 people running the pharmacy on a very busy afternoon (do better Walgreens. These people need HELP), yet the drive-thru tech took the time to search for a discount on a medication not approved by insurance. She looked for the BEST discount, not just the first one she found.The tech that rang my purchase up was answering phones, handling multiple people...and still smiled kindly. She was professional even though I expressed how stressful it must be to be understaffed.I will be transferring my meds from Walgreens strictly because the company is not taking care of their staff, and mistakes on contraindications have been made where I caught some scary interactions (different location).I think this is human error that is caused when the staff is overwhelmed.Good job Farragut Walgreens staff. The main check out employee at the entrance is extremely kind. The make-up area employee is exceptionally helpful. And pharmacy staff hard-working and overworked.My 5 star review is for THEM.”

“Went in to update my passport photo. Staff was wonderful. Helped me organize my fedex to mail off my renewal application for mentioned passport. Got the photo taken. Was able to leave fedex with them because drop off location. All around great experience.”
