“I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at the Collision Center. Everyone is really nice and helpful and you feel like you are family when you walk in. They go above and beyond in everything they do. I brought my car in through an insurance claim and the final product after their repairs looked amazing. What was even more impressive is how they detailed the inside of my car!! I was shocked, it smelled so good and was the cleanest I’ve seen it in a long time. When I was leaving, someone flagged me down and let me know one of my brake lights was out (not related to the repairs I had done). I turned around and asked if they had the break light I needed and they spent time looking for the exact bulb and when they didn’t have it, they went up the street to a store to get the bulb needed to get me on my way. When I asked how much to pay them for taking care of that for me, they said it was on the house!! If you need car repairs from a collision, look no further!!”

“Mr Cool’s collision center SHOWED OUT on my car y’all they made my car look brand new inside & out!! Not only did they detail my car on the inside (which I have NEVER had a body shop do after they were done working on my car) but they also put gas in my car (almost filled it up)!! They also kept me updated and answered any questions promptly. They definitely did their big one & would recommend this shop to ANYBODY! My whole passenger side front side/bumper was damaged from a wreck & my driver side door wouldn’t even close. I couldn’t be happier with the results”

We have looked at half a dozen dealerships across the Tennessee Valley, and most are pushy and terrible. Some didn’t even have the car advertised even if the ad came out late Sunday night and we arrived early Monday, leaving us feeling bait and switched. Tyrell directed straight to the fair we inquired about, and didn’t try to push us into a nicer newer model at a more expensive cost. We appreciated this! “I am new to the area and did not know who to trust. I had been in the Automotive field for 7 years and have a strong understanding on how things work. I hit a raccoon after my first week in town in my 2021 Tesla Model 3. At first I thought there was just minor cosmetic damage to the small lower grille, but then I started noticing issues the next day or 2. The Tesla Service Center in Knoxville referred me to a few different body shops. Stinnett's being the only one in Maryville. I chose to trust them.I worked with Shawn and we had a little bit of a bumpy start dealing with the insurance and teardown needed. Shawn was patient through the process and despite me knowing how things work, he did a great job explaining everything in detail. The final result was me getting my vehicle back in pre-accident condition a week or 2 early. Part of this was because my parts arrived a day early, but Shawn and his team went the extra mile and completed the work ahead of schedule.Not only did they do a great job, ahead of schedule, but they suggested a way to save me money and even touched up a nick on my passenger door; separate from the accident.Upon picking my vehicle up, I met the owner Zach who seemed very down to earth and gave me a good idea of their company's culture. Was it a flawless experience, no. But I have come to know that in the automotive field, there rarely is. It is up to the people of the business to make things right and Shawn, Zach and their crew did just that.I strongly recommend them to any Tesla owner or other vehicle that needs body work.”

“Yes I had been working with another RAM dealer that I will leave unnamed for about two weeks trying to get my 2018 Power Wagon fixed, my truck said I had a ABS problem the traction and cruise control did not work, I had it to them twice never fixed said they would have to order an ABS module did not know how long it would take to get it in and charged me $197.00 I paid them immediately called your dealership you worked me in that same day and fixed my truck and it was not the ABS module so the other dealership charged me $197.00 and gave me the wrong diagnosis. Thank you so much for working me in and fixing what was really wrong with my truck, you definitely have earned my business!”
