Was having difficulty understanding a data usage warning I received on my cellphone. Spoke with Roger who walked me through the process of deleting this post which was appearing on my phone. Roger, put me at a comfort level when helping me. GREAT customer service.

We have been to this store 2 times in the past month. Kevin is amazing! My mom had to have her Iphone replaced and he gave us all of the possible options and helped her to pick the best one. Kevin clearly explained At&T fiver as well as rates and discounts, and helped us to get it installed. It is much faster. We had to come back today because my phone broke as well lol, but he remembered us and helped me get my new one and set it up with ICloud. He got us both screen protectors and made the whole experience we have had lately so much easier. Thanks Kevin!

Hands down AT&T is the most incompetent company on earth. No one knows what’s going on, nothing gets done. Everyone has an excuse it took 5 attempts and two trips to this store to cancel my service. I paid $1100 dollars in total to get away from these people and buy myself out of my slave contract. The people working at the store at 10:30 am on 1-26-24 were rude, laughed and thought it was funny that I could not cancel my service. They told me in the store to call a number so I did (the same department that I called before that could NOT help me, and also told me I had to go to the store front to cancel). So I do what I’m told like a good little AT&T customer does and go to the store. So I said who can help me and they gave me the number of the same people I called that told me to go to the store. When I called the rep. and told her I’m sitting in their store lobby calling from a Verizon phone all the sudden “oh your account is canceled!” To which the store people thought was hilarious.I work for D.O.E. to which AT&T gives a discount told them to give me the discount to which they never did. They constantly mislead me, over charged me, and they know this is how they profit and stay in business. Their business model is misdirection. NEVER GET AT&T!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Zachary provided EXCELLENT service in the store. I am a new AT&T wireless customer ( I have had AT&T internet service for 2 years), and he helped me complete the setup of my new phone. Zachary also helped me to connect both of my accounts in the myAT&T app. Finally, he installed my new screen protector & case (I was fully capable of doing it, but preferred to leave it to a professional). I was very leary about switching wireless to AT&T (I have been a Sprint, then T-Mobile customer since 1999). So far, my customer experience has been great. (I will evaluate again once I receive my first combined bill.)

Kevin P. helped us upgrade a phone for my wife and she also got an Apple Watch for herself at almost no cost. We enjoyed Kevin's time that he spent to get us acquainted with everything and his tips to help us make the most of our purchase. His hair was impeccable, despite what others may have inferred. We spent about an hour getting everything transferred over and the cost was only about $10.99 per month to upgrade. Follow me on Yelp for the places to get the best deals.

RUDE……! My husband had just parked and I was getting out when some MAN came out from this location and HARASSDD US,,,,,,UNBELIAVABLE. We had dinner plans at SEASONS next door and then we were going to upgrade our PHONES…… maybe even get one of those iwatches…….. but the ATTITUDE of the bald man all over us just PARKING OUR CAR…..? I do NOT recommend this location and WE WILL BE TAKING OUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE…..Mildred&Berle

Had a scheduled appointment today at this location and was so fortunate to have Stevie Kopas as our sales consultant. She was professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and understood our cell phone needs. She didn't try to "up sell" us and we left with 2 new I Phones in approximately 30 minutes. This was such an excellent experience and our first time at this store. We highly recommend this AT&T retail location and of course Stevie!!!

Rough experience. I went in for a phone pickup and was transferring service. I didn’t wait long and the employee who initially greeted us was helpful.When Kevin P took over it was rough from the beginning. Any question I asked was greeted with a short answer, and any follow up questions were met with attitude. At one point he threw all of the questions back in my face like I was an idiot for even asking him. I couldn’t believe the rudeness and complete lack of customer service. We were running out of time and I needed instructions on how to do the setup at home. Dude puts a sheet in our to go bag and then just stands there. No thanks for stopping in or anything.I’ve been an at&t customer for 10 years. I haven’t been in a store in 7 years and I’m not tech savvy at all and I was looking for some assistance. I received an employee with a horrible attitude and felt so offended I question anything the associate was trying to say. This was a terrible experience and I will NEVER stop in this store again.
