“We met our friends here for lunch and the service was wonderful the food was delicious and hot. It was as close to a delicious home-cooked meal as you could possibly get. The lady who handled our order was very polite and helpful, I would absolutely go back here for lunch the next time we are in Tennessee”
“I Will absolutely be back! The cashier who checked me out was Eric and he was so great. We talked to entire time, he made lots of jokes and was overall very cheerful. I am currently pregnant and made a joke about how loading everything was exhausting, and he completely took over- putting my groceries away in the cart and even walking me to my car and loading them into the trunk and back seat. I appreciate what he did very much, and if the other cashiers are like him, I know it’s a great place for sure”

“This was my first time going to Food City since I moved here from out of state. It seems like the products are along the same lines as Winn-Dixie, which is fine. I was glad to see several things that I have not been able to locate since I've been here and their selection of cat food was phenomenal. Most stores are cutting back on their canned cat food inventory. Obviously Food City realizes that their customers come first and that means their pets as well because every time I go grocery shopping I'm picking up canned cat food in different flavors. The store is extremely clean, well stocked with a variety of items, and very helpful people to help you if you need to find something. Definitely a place I plan on returning to.”
“Just left the store and had to acknowledge the employee who rang me up. The date is 6/2/2023 and the time was about 8:50 pm. Didn't get her name but I think she's new because I haven't seen her in there before. Absolutely the most friendly, outgoing person I've ever dealt with in a retail store. Dollar General would do itself a great service if they hired a hundred more like her. Kudos to that young lady and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as I'm not easily impressed with most people.”

“There is two employees that work here that deserve a raise AND SO MUCH MORE,The beautiful blacked haired girl has always helped me when I come in with my children, she always has a smile on her face and I've never seen her be rude to a customer, and then the amazing man with long hair who has always been sweet and asked me how my day was, find items I couldn't find and he even helped me pay for me food when I was $1.00 over.
