Top tier body shop! They go above and beyond with customer service, communication, help with insurance, friendliness, and final results. Plus, the inside and outside of my car was so clean when I got it back, it looked brand new — I was shocked. They are truly the best!

We had an incident with flying debris on I-40 traveling to a doctor’s appointment at Vanderbilt. The entire right side of the bumper and underbody was detached from the car and dragging the ground. We were advised by a State Farm agent to take the car to Varden Body Shop. Nathan was so gracious to fix our vehicle in a timely manner in order for us to make it to the appointment and travel back home. The women who greeted us were also very kind to us. In a world where hatred is everywhere…I just wanted to give them a shout out for their kindness.

Took my BMW 335i here to replace the front bumper after hitting a raccoon. I told them to blend it with the rest of the car, so the bumper doesn’t stand out as new, on a near 100k mile car. Pretty standard job. Got the car back looking way better all around than anticipated! I was about to get the car buffed, but they did such a good job there’s no need.
These locally owned and run shops that prioritize quality over quantity are getting fewer in number by the week. It’s well worth the 30-45min drive over one of the big chains that may be 10min away!

Good people that do great work! Brought my truck in with large dents on the cab and couldn't be more pleased with the repairs done. My truck was cleaned inside and out. Any questions or concerns they where happy to help with. Would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a good body shop with good communication throughout the whole process.

Everybody was four months out. These guys said we will fit you in somehow. They fit me in in three weeks and did a great job. Very nice very honest very easy to deal with . Nice Audi rental car for a week. highly recommend.

The staff, the family, the employees did a fantastic job in fixing my daughter’s car. They did a thorough job. We’re so nice and easy to deal with, the family, they paid attention to detail and did not skimp. I would highly recommend them.

Varden’s turned a bad situation into a good one! My car was hit by a truck retread which damaged the front end. I was so pleased with the thoroughness of their work and the detail. When I got it back it was so clean and looked like a new car! Not to mention it is family owned and operated and it shows!! They make you feel like part of the family!! The shop is immaculate. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Excellent, top-notch service. Worth traveling out of the city for, I think it is the best body shop in Middle Tennessee! Ben fixed up my car and it looks better than when I bought it. Will recommend this place to all friends and family.
