STAY AWAY. Deserves NO stars. I had a driver blow a steer tire and run off the road into the median. He hit the guardrail with the passenger side of the truck. They charged over $13,000. They charged for more hours than they were there. This is probably why trucking insurance is so high. Then on top of that they done even more damage to my truck that was all uncalled for. Their reason for that was " it's already totaled". They busted the oil pan by sticking the lift into it and they damaged 2 back tires by dragging it on the road. I kept the truck and plan on fixing it. Then they gave us a hard time when we tried to pick the truck up. They knew we had insurance. Our adjuster got a price for storage and sent them the check overnight. They didn't want us to pick the truck up until they had the check in their hand. The adjuster had to send them the tracking before they would release the truck. All this was before noon. Then they wouldn't let us get it before 4:30 PM because some trucks had to be moved first. We got there at 4 PM and there was nothing in front of my truck. Their driver that was going to move the truck out of my way showed up at 4:30 and opened the gate. These are the hardest people in the wrecker business I have ever dealt with.

I'd give no stars if I could. I was involved in a accident, my car was totaled, while I'm talking to paramedics they tow my car without my knowledge or consent. When I call and ask about my car (after going on a wild goose chase to find it) I was told if I wanted my car back I'd have to come out of pocket over $500 I was then told everyday it sits there it'd be an extra $40 each day. I then asked am I able to retrieve my personal belongings, they responded yes but I should do so quickly before they crush my car
