I have left a message 3 times for this company to call me back. In my opinion, it is not professional to disregard calling current and potential back. It amazes me that they are not interested in new clients. I will never call them again.

You could improve by listening to your voicemail and actually calling back people who are interested in becoming a customer. We see great reviews online but you have the worst customer service. At the very least, you could call to let us know you don't have any availability instead of ignoring people. We have called 4 times and left 4 messages over the course of a week and still haven't heard back from anyone. Good job for putting a bad experience associated with your name and I haven't even been to the salon.

Wow! I truly appreciate how much Linda cares about new customers. I’m new to Tennessee, moved from northern CA due to loss of our home town of Paradise. You ladies know how hard it is to let go of your last hairstylist and trust someone you don’t know, well Linda was so thoughtful and had some great input. I made a new friend and a great colorist!

I have not been to Hairapy, but, I can tell you Lori is kick butt when it comes to hair! I live in La. and know her personally, and yes, when she’s in town, I have to have her do something to my hair! I give her a 5+ rating! Love you and your family, Lori!

Lori was amazing! Not only do I feel like I found a new salon, I also found a new friend. She was so nice and, equally as important, she was extremely knowledgeable about coloring hair and took the proper steps to ensure I did not end up with any damage. My highlights & lowlights look fabulous and my hair is healthy and shiny! So glad a coworker recommended this place to me! It's just down the road from my house so no more driving to Nashville for my hair appointments!

I was looking for someone who could fix the disaster my last hair stylist left my hair in and this was the place. I was in need of much work to be done and Lori stayed with me for over 4 hours cutting and coloring my hair. I was skeptical as I wasn't sure what it was going to end up looking like. I love it!!!!. This lady was patient, honest and the sweetest ever. You won me over and I will see you in April. Thanks so much.

I don't know the ladies name but she has poor customer service skills and only one person getting a hair cut and I asked if she had availability and she makes a face and says no. She could have offered a next availability but I'll spend my money elsewhere. I don't have time for snooty fairview women.
