This station has to be the worst managed station I have ever been at. The staff are always standing around doing nothing while the restrooms are nasty and there is never any water to clean your windshield while gassing up!!! Terrible customer service!!!

The store is nice but one one is wearing face masks despite a sign in the door saying you have to. The guy at the register doesn't even have one and at the Dunk'n Donuts they were not washing their hands after touching the register and then getting donuts. Al of their masks were on their neck or below their nose. Avoid!

The manager there was not very nice to us. My child had to use the bathroom but couldn't because She was too busy working in the back parking lot by the dumpster and mad because when my child came out she saw the manager in her office on her knees in front of a dark headed young man in a hoodie.

The staff was nice and was attempting to keep the women's bathroom stocked when we arrived. Filling soap and paper towels etc. It was mostly picked up - but I wouldn't describe it as 'super clean' as another reviewer did. Tempted to give it a 2 star except the people were good. The burger place wasn't open at 10 AM. It looked like the donuts place was open. We bought standard junk food snacks. Did not see any healthy options. Will look for a different stop next trip through TN on I-40. Probably will try exit 172 next time.
