“I broke down across the street in the post office parking lot— Adrian and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful in helping troubleshoot the issue and getting me a new battery and assisting me until my husband could arrive to fix the other issues. (We live over an hour away.)

“I have been to this car wash numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed! Went today 4/12/24 and while awaiting my turn I noticed that the screen read, "thank you for your purchase" and assumed the car ahead paid for my wash. I drove in and nothing happened. I just happened to look in my rear view and saw a gentleman waving me backwards. He said that the screen was asking for me to select a wash. I explained that I didn't swipe my credit card because I thought the car ahead had paid but I would swipe the card and see if it would work. Little did I know, that man apparently was the owner and asked if I were to get a free wash, which would I choose? I chose a step down from the premium wash and he said today was my lucky day (my reply was I don't believe in luck) then he told me I have a free wash. Just had to leave a positive review and this was another way I could say "thank you" once again for his kind gesture. I will be sure to pass on his kindness in some way to an unsuspecting stranger. Even my wife gets her car washed there when in town. It's the best car wash within 50 miles of home!”

“We moved to Fairview in September. I have always gone to Whitebridge Auto Wash, but I didn't have time. I got the #4 at Fairview Car Wash and they did an amazing job! They have my business forever. Here's the big selling point: I had a Maltese magnet on the back of my car and didn't think about it. I just got home and noticed it wasn't there, my bad. I called and they just called me back. “Ma'am, they took it off and it's in your car.” Whaaat?? Sweet!”
