“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My mom and uncle both have rented from this place, and never had any issues. I just recently went and rented out a unit. Brian was very polite, and he explained everything perfectly. He didn't leave anything out. Told me what would happen if I didn't pay, and how long I would have, etc... you absolutely cannot beat the prices. Don't get mad when you can't pay, and you lose your stuff. You can't hate somebody for trying to run a business and not a charity. However, he is very helpful to those in hard times. But one can only help so much.”
“it's pretty good. I think maybe a little overpriced, claiming the units are climate controlled, which they are not really. They are just in an insulated building - Not temperature regulated. My concern was with humidity rusting out my tools, but the insulation protects against humidity so it works for my needs. Based on the equipment i've seen around the facility, I think they are planning on adding an HVAC system in the future.”
“The property manager, Carolyn, was so helpful and understanding after the passing of my mom. She assisted us with cleaning out the unit and taking care of all the loose ends for her storage unit. They also were very helpful when my mom first became sick, and I needed assistance. I personally did not have a unit here but I would highly recommend according to the assistance I received during a very difficult time.”

“The lady in the office was very sweet. I was able to do everything right over the phone and never had to go in the office. I think it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. She had me all set up in a matter of a few mins. I definitely would recommend”
