My package was delivered to the wrong person, and I was told to contact Amazon or file a claim at USPS. I don’t know if you’ve ever attempted to file a claim, but I’ve just waisted 35 minutes and gotten absolutely no where. I’m beyond livid. You gave my package to someone else. This isn’t my fault. Why am I having to spend all of this time trying to get this fixed when you’ve just made some phone calls?

Two of rudest ladies work there one is Postmaster the other not sure who she is they always give you different answers wanted my box moved got what the employee said to get them that wasn't good enough she wanted more paperwork she doesn't need to know that I have muscular dystrophy so I gave up it was every excuse not to let me have it moved said driver can't back up strange I see them back down the road and out of driveways all the time net to contact ada about no wheelchair entrance also hard for me to get in if i have to use my wheelchair.

They need a better front door. It catches as you push it in on the floor. They don't have a handicap entrance that will open by its self!

Evelyn is so kind! She tracked down a lost package for me two years ago when we moved here and has been very sweet everytime I go. When looking at the new stamps she never acts like it’s a burden to show as many as I would like to see. This week I saw her helping an elderly lady carry in her packages because she needed to use a cane to walk. I’m at the post office at least 3-4 times a week and I’ve never seen or heard either attendants be rude to customers. I think Etowah is lucky to have great Postal employees.

Rude heavyset woman at the front desk always has the most hateful attitude.Not helpful at all and wanted to dismiss my privacy concerns despite having a first name and last initial on my package--I have never had this problem in over a decade of sending mail! She simply did not want to help me because I came in about 20 minutes before closing.Will be closing the PO Box I purchased for this facility.

I love this Post Office, been going here for 13 years and have no complaints at all. If you don't like USPS try delivering your own letter across the country for 50 cents!

I talked with the postal service and was told that drivers must be able to pull up without backing. I live in the city and with neighbors using boxes by their door had never realized it was a problem. After speaking with them I found that it was so I sure to give them room now.

I have to check all mailboxes on my street to get my mail I live on 1420 Kimbrough avenue and my mail is always intwo or three different mail boxes it pretty bad when a person can't read numbers and I have a package that says delivered and watch the mail person and my package is where I don't know and I live on a dead end road really so where going to have to contact Amazon and notify them that it was not delivered if you need a good mail carrier I'm pretty sure I can do the job cause if I'm getting paid to do a job will do it to the best of my capabilities

This is one of the rudest post offices I've ever been to!Apparently I interrupted their gossip conversation to attend to my shipping needs! You women are public servants and if you don't like your job,feel free to quit! This is not the first time that I have been treated this way either,I chalked it up the them having a bad day,but no longer,this must be par for the course!
