“I have been using Anderson Drugs for almost my whole life. I won't use any other pharmacy because the staff at Anderson's see's you as more than a prescription. They see a person, that is evident in their willingness to go out of their way to help. They treat you like family, because they have been family to the entire town of Etowah throughout their 30+ years in business. Thank you to the entirety of the staff at Anderson Drugs for always going above and beyond to serve our community!”

“My husband needed help at the pump, so he got the attendant to assist. We had earned the $.30 off for each gallon of gas for 3 fill ups. The attendant programed it to give us only $.15 off and no future fill ups. I was very upset about that, but my husband didn't want to speak up about it, so we left.”

“I love having Food City back in Etowah and I love the new store. That said, a little constructive criticism is needed, in my opinion. I know employees are difficult to find nowadays because too many people would rather sit home than work. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the last two or three times when I have stopped in there on the weekend, the majority of the cashiers and baggers are teenagers who would rather carry on a conversation with each other rather than speak to the customer. I shop in his store almost daily, I am not a difficult person but today, the cashier didn’t even make eye contact with me until they asked if I wanted to use my 5% off. After I responded, they continued their conversation with the bagger, another bagger that came over to join the conversation and an employee that came to whisper something in the ear of the cashier. This may be their first job but the ones that show enthusiasm at the entry level are the ones that will make the best employees later on. Someone needs to tighten up the weekend crew.”
